I bought a new Kubota tractor! The B2301 is a compact tractor but it will be perfect for our homestead. The hole in my heart has been filled. I can't wait to use it around the property. I'll definitely be using the front end loader to start digging out the palmettos in our yard. I'm already looking for a box blade so I can maintain our gravel driveway as well and a belly mower is probably on this list as well.

Thanks for the video, I also have a B2301 loader tractor to compliment my L3200 gear drive field tractor. They each have their respective chores on my 80 acre property in northern Minnesota. Best equipment decision I've ever made.

I have a 2301 with grapple and weight box setup for wood, it works all day in the woods and sips fuel, your going to love it.

You got a tonka toy!!! Welcome to the club! We have one too. My big old hubby sitting on ours makes it look like a tonka toy so that’s what we’ve called it since. We’ve had ours for about 15 years. Ours isn’t as fancy as yours and it’s older.

Looks like you have a few acres mate. The tractor will give you a tremendous return on your money every single time you use it. Several years ago I bought a similarly sized yanmar (much older though). It has bucket and a rotor tiller on the rear. I have used it for more things that I would have ever imagined possible. Build yourself one of those “v” shaped buckets for digging up tree roots. Build yourself a little tractor house so it can have a warm, dry place to sleep. And get a Farmer’s hat to wear when you drive it. G’DAY MATE! YEEEEE-HAAAWWWWW!!!!!🤠😆😷

Wow! My favorite RU-vidr commented on my video! 😄 I’ve used it even more than I would have imagined. I basically couldn’t do the projects on my channel without it. I’ve found that I use it more as a forklift than anything.

Good choice on the kubota its more of an Aussie choice then a Deere or as we call them down under “2fers”. Cause you have to buy 2 of the bloody things. 1 to work and 1 for spare parts cause they can’t handle real work without breaking down every 10-20 hour in Australian conditions.

Any larger tractor would not be convenient for lawn work. Plus this tractor has plenty of 3pt hitch capacity as compared to sub compact tractors. I also have the same stump bucket you have and it’s very cool. I use a 3Pt hitch finish mower. Don’t go belly mower

DUDE it's so funny.. My next door neighbor has a tractor.. we use it for all sorts of stuff on the property.. from grading dirt to hauling dirt to moving trees and debris Fantastic if you have one. Yeah.. even at 60 years old.. I wish I had my own.. BUT.. maybe I get a backhoe.. my neighbor doesn't have one of those and I could sure use it for the stuff the tractor cannot.. Like diggin holes and well.. backhoe stuff... He has a Kubota - it's a little bit more beefy than the one you show but I hold you and the other owner operators in high regard.. congrats.

Kubota or Deere U can’t go wrong with either one. Like Ford or Chevy or Ram, pick your favorite. I own 2 Deere’s yup deere(s) and they have both been wonderful. Personally I think the premium is minimal but it is there, a 1025r with loader and backhoe (best investment I ever made) was 19,999.99 with a 6 year warranty and my 2032r TLB was 29,999.99

here in Canada a used john deere 2025r is about $13000 more than a used kubota 2301. Yes that's 3 zeros more expensive not two. And the sub compact deere's are yanmar, the entire tractor not just the engine, so they're both Japanese. Even if I hadn't already owned an F series for years, I would have gone for the kubota, which I did.

@@eviljesus5411 nothing wrong with a kubota. The engines are great, only thing I can’t ever get used to Is the hydro pedal besides that they are a great machine. I’m quite surprised that the Deere tractors are yanmar since they don’t build John Deere tractor frames. Not sure why this would be the case for Canada agent they are built in Georgia and Wisconsin

I have the same tractor, I can work all day with the big boys and it sips fuel. Work in the woods every day and get lots of free trees because the 2301 has a small footprint. No don’t steal them neighbors give them to me.

my oldest son learned his colors by the different colors of the tractors we owned.... International Red-... Ford Blue..... John Deere Green .... Case Orange...Cat Yellow... and that is just how he said the colors ...

I am Australian and .......yeah nah. Look up Ozzie Man Reviews on RU-vid I have a 2301 as well, great little tractor, or as we say in Australia.......Tractor Cheers mate.
