ron ding I’m not entirely sure of the legality of it. I do know the law is ridiculously lenient on women who are caught, at least from everything I’ve seen so far. Wikipedia talks about paternity laws in various countries. en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Paternity_fraud And this website isn’t the only one that advertises fake paternity tests, they just sell the most convincing ones. If you’re concerned about fake tests, it might be smart to look up how to spot a fake. I left a link to one site in the video description, but I’m sure there are others. When in doubt you can always purchase your own tests to double check.

I totally believed it when I heard it. But then I ended up on the phone talking to their representative, and it was just bizarre and disturbing how calmly he told me I could lie to my husband and convince him a kid that wasn’t his totally belonged to him.

@@oakleavesandonions771 They say they have 35 years of combined experience in the genetic industry. Might even be true, that part. But whoever knows. How is no one suing them tho? Their domain name itself has a 'fake paternity' on it.

@@GeoMariaGeorge I’m not sure it’s actually illegal. Which doesn’t mean it’s not wrong. It just means there’s not yet been a court case in which judges have ruled that it’s illegal for a woman to lie to a man about the paternity of a child. (For all I know, there has, but I haven’t heard of it yet.) It is, however, illegal for a woman to lie to the state about the paternity of a child. If she knows that a man is not the father, it is illegal for her to write that man’s name on the birth certificate. However, that still happens all the time. “I didn’t know it was illegal. They said I needed a name so I just wrote that guy’s name down.”

@@GeoMariaGeorge If you haven’t already, look up the paternity case of Carnell Alexander. It’s kinda trippy. A woman who had never even slept with him named him because she was told she couldn’t get welfare unless she named someone. He didn’t get notified that he’d been named until his window to contest her claim had passed and the state was demanding child support payments.

They’re advertised as being for pranks. But when I called the company they gave me detailed instructions on how to trick my “husband” into believing my baby was his. That’s… not a prank.
