As the years passed, the depression got worse, having to put on a smile everyday so people dont ask me if I'm okay, feeling like I will never be loved and like I am unloved, I am nothing I will always be nothing, I should just die, just go to sleep permanently, no more pain, tears, worrying, it'll all be over.

I wish people would understand me.. I mean.. I wish people around me would understand me.. Why is it that I find all the people that care for me on Social media? Others tease, and bully me everywhere I go, the only place that doesn't happen is on the internet.. Everyone understands me here. And I don't know how to feel about it.. Someone once told me to put on a 'smile.' But the only smile I can put on is a fake one! It's like wearing a mask.. A mask that hides who you really are.. Who you are.. inside.. Because inside.. It's dark.. and cold.. and lonely.. I suffer from severe anxiety, but ever since I got onto the internet, i've been feeling a lot better, because people understand me on here.. And I don't know how to thank any one enough for caring so much about me.. And I know none of these people! But they still CARE! And that.. That really.. really.. makes me cry.. because I would never have thought that was the way that I would feel accepted.. and wanted.

God, this just broke me down. It was so emotionally moving.

I know most people think its cliche or feel bad about it but therapy really helps. I'm too stupid to have depression but I went to see a therapist because I forget a lot. and found I have anxiety. therapy helps you tell someone how you feel without them judging or belittling you. therapy is a place where you are heard. where you are understood and where you can learn ways of coping and becoming a more positive and stronger individual. people you are not useless , you are not weird and it is not uncommon to feel upset or hurt. but what people think or say about you shouldn't change the way you feel about yourself. dont let those people win. also a lot of the time your feelings of how people view you are wrong. you think people hate you but they dont. you just don't see what's right in front of you.

The thing is I have always had to go through all the bad things by myself,I can't trust anyone and I can't bear to tell my parents

After months of depression being gone, it’s back. Worse. I have no more friends left at college. I feel lonely at all times. Doing my hobbies. Sitting in class. I always feel lonely. I was giving life so much hope. But it’s gone. Nobody wants me. I have no friends left. My best friend is a total stranger. I’m out of hope. I’m completely hopeless. I don’t even see any reasons to keep trying. I can’t even survive anymore.

That breaks my heart. Only thinking how often it happens in real life. Don't ever make someone feel that way somebody that never ask for anything. Everyone has his own burden on them, don't put something more on their shoulders, how humans beings can be that cruel, that disgust me. Please, don't let those people do that again and again, make them stop.

What this video has said is so true. It basically says out everything about my feelings, what I want to say, what I want to hear and what I want feel about this. And to hear someone saying about this makes me feel like I really lived a sad life....

My past defines me, This is who I am. I am unseen, unheard, UNWANTED! That is what I am.....If even I am anything. Deeper and deeper I fell within myself, and nothing could show me out. How could you ever understand where I come from, even if you ask, even if you listen, you do not really hear. Or see, or feel. You don't remember my story, you haven't walked my path. You haven't seen what I've seen. Trapped in the misery of my life. Lost in the sorrow of my soul. Nothing is how I'ts supposed to be, and a heavy sadness filled my soul. Maybe you wonder why, but mostly you try not to think about it and try to survive. I wish someone would tell me It's gonna be okay. That one day, maybe, I'll feel normal. That I'll have a mommy who will hug me and be strong for me. I know I'm hopeless I can't do it all by myself!!!!!!!

People don’t get too depressed, about such things everything is a part of this bizarre journey of life. And I think the more experience you get in life, the more nearer are you to touch the sky.. Don’t give there’s always a second option, we just get so disappointed and distracted to closed doors we can’t really see there is another open for us.. this is the outermost reality.. JUST DONT GIVE UP!

I have anxiety/depression and struggling with the life I have and six years ago i saw this video and i didn’t see myself to be in the end of that year. But by far the most painful one is this year. I’ve asked for help so many times but nobody else listens to me. Its been getting worse since I’ve moved away from my hometown. I’ll try one last time to get help if not it will be my last year

Even if someone tells me it's going to be ok, it makes me feel worse because I know that they are just trying to make me feel better. When people say that, my mind goes straight to loud voices. Saying they are lying. Saying that things will get worse. I believe the voices bc it's true. It does get worse

I've been bothered by this for 3 years ... I'm in my room littering for pathetic music and I think of all the bad things in my life ... and fan I think that's all my life my whole life consists of pain and sorrow. it is so much easier to just put on a fake smile and pretend that everything is normal .. then I don't have to explain anything sometimes I feel good but that is rare. I listen to the music and think: I can now put an end to it then it is done and I am gone .. but then I think: I still try and keep it up and say to myself that people care about me .. but do people care about me? that is the big question and I already know the answer: no no one loves me but I have to keep looking up to see the good in life. I turn the music off I wipe my tears and when people ask how are you then I say it goes well😔

I wish I could feel. I really wish I could. I don't understand why some will fake being depressed or having anxiety. I'd do ANYTHING to just feel an ounce of happiness. Even the slightest bit. I hate faking it to make my friends happy . My best friend keeps telling me that I'm fine, that I'm okay. I try and believe her, but I can't. I feel so unwanted in this world, so worthless. I wish all these thoughts and feeling would just go away and leave me alone.
