Nastasia I feel the Lord saying “don’t waste the waiting”. Even though you are in a season of singleness right now and it might be a sense of waiting, not necessarily for a husband but just waiting for the Lord to reveal something in your life, but God is saying that he’s doing something in this season so humble yourself and ask Holy Spirit to expand your heart to what it is He is trying to cultivate in your life during this season of waiting

I carried around emotional wounds on my heart for 8 years and it got worse as each year went by. I even went astray for a few of those years because I didn't believe I could he healed. God healed my heart a couple sundays ago of all my wounds. He cares about our wholeness and our hurting hearts. Believe in Faith that he can and will do it. He is so able and willing to heal us.

I am struggling with my thought life and God is teaching me how to work that out. I have believed so many lies about my life, my mind, and my relationships. I felt you when you said you have constant memories of being hurt, feeling pain, and questioning your self-worth. That's where I am right now. And seeing how God has healed you over time, and how He blessed you with a godly man, makes me feel hopeful that in His time, God will heal me, too. At this point I'm not waiting for my future husband yet. I'm just waiting to be whole again.
I understand you completely. I too probably had my first crush when I was in kindergarten and ever since I've been trying to find a boy that could make me feel loved when I don't feel loved by others. It's been very unhealthy for me and only recently, a couple years ago, did I start to realize how longing for a boy to fill the emptiness in my heart was harming me. I've decided that I can't love any guy more than I love Christ, and so I'm trying my best to work on my relationship with Jesus before I start looking for a boyfriend. I still really want a boyfriend, I have pretty much my whole life, but I've calmed down over the past few years and I'm really trying to put God first and learn to love Him above all else. Thanks so much for sharing your journey; I don't really have an issue with painful memories, at least not anymore, but I will take your advice and try to call on God when I feel weak. Jamila San Miguel YES GIRL SO GOOD! That is an often misconception that God doesn’t give you anything you can’t handle but that’s not true. I think He does because it puts pressure on you. He allows the right amount of pressure that won’t break you but will bring you down to your knees in surrender to Him. That’s what He wants ultimately.. for us to go to Him and then He comes and takes care of the rest. So steady on and keep leaning to the Lord sis! ✊🏼

I understand. It was through a broken relationship at 19 years old that brought me to the King of Heaven, Salvation and peace. Yes, abuse and devastation can be used of our dear Lord.
God is perfect, and people don’t see his value. It happens to Him all of the time, but that doesn’t mean that He is not valuable. Right??...it means people don’t see clearly. Those people have lenses of hurt and misperception over their eyes. Lenses cause us not to see God, others, and ourselves clearly. So if someone doesn’t see your value, that’s on them. People still wouldn't see it even if you were as perfect as God. The one who doesn’t have lenses over His eyes (God) says you are priceless. ❤️ ...and he truly sees you for you. (His vision is better than yours/theirs). He is the perfect artist; he doesn't make junk, and He fearfully and Wonderfully made you!! It helps to speak that over ourselves: "I am wonderfully made!" Hey girl! Just wanted to bless you and share a word of encouragement and to tell you I love you but Jesus loves you even more. Just remember to find love in the Lord. He is the only one who can fulfill anything we long for. Don’t ever forget Philippians 4:6-7! God is for us and He wants us to come to Him! Love you and I will be keeping you in prayer that God will radically heal your heart from your past and free you from that bondage! Because who the Son sets free is free indeed HALLELUJAH!
I may not know a whole bunch mainly because I’m in tenth grade but I can sympathize with you when you say that you easily attach to people, I am the same. It always seems like I get attached to people then they move away, any advice on a deep subject for a teenager, such as sexual purity and how to stay on a straight path with God.
Whaley Whalington, I hope you don't mind me answering this question for you on sexual purity? First, sex was ordained by God for MARRIED couples only. I will not paint a picture that I obeyed this as a teen because I didn't. I became pregnant at the age of sixteen and although the father married me it still wasn't right. Once I became older and matured in my walk with God, I wished I had waited. Don't get me wrong, we love our daughter to death and we went on to have two more babies, one died after birth. The one thing I have to say is, having sex will bring about an emotional experience as a teen, you may not be ready or able to handle. Having sex young, one day you may regret it if you start young by the time you are mature you may have given your body to someone who didn't deserve it. To many teens find themselves pregnant and alone. Many cases don't turn out like mind whereas the father marries you. Abstinence from having sex outside of marriage is because it dishonors God. Never try in please someone else or yourself, but learn how to please God. Yes, I understand the peer pressure of today but you are the only one responsible for the choices you make and once you give yourself to someone, you can ever take it back. Stay as pure as long as you can and when YOU are ready, make sure it is with someone who you loves and they love you more. Understand, having sex isn't an expression of love, it's only apart of love. Sex is only an emotional feeling and will only last as long as there is a feeling but true love will last even when the feeling is gone. My suggestion to you as a teen is, wait until marriage, pray and ask God for the strength to endure the temptation and if you keep yourself pure until marriage, one day you will look back and be grateful you did. Remember, God only honors the bed of a marriage and it will never become defiled. If you should fall in your effort, never beat up on yourself, remember that Jesus went to the cross for our sins, past, present and future but also remember just because the grace of God covers our sin, "Should we continue in sin that grace may abound, GOD FORDIDE" (Romans 6:1) keep Him first place in your life and He will guide you in the way you should go, God bless and I pray, this help in your question on sexual purity.

@@whaleywhalington5170, you are more than welcome, believe it or not, I have been reading the entire Bible from Genesis to Revelation and then, I start all over again since I was in my twenties and I am sixty-three years old. Starting in Matthew is a great place to start, commit to reading one chapter a day and when you are finished with the NT, start with the OT, I know that it will be hard to understand but pray that the Holy Spirit guide you and make sure you are reading a Bible you can understand there are a lot of versions but try the NIV, and if you do not have a copy, I would love to mail you one, take care.
God Bless You. To many I's and me's you're into yourself and your own head to much. Be "in" this world and not "of" it. For closure and healing; you must go and simply (yet much harder than it sounds) go and "Forgive" your mother for turning you away from your Father (b/c I can guarantee you that she is the root of your problems) and if you don't have a strong relationship with your Father then you must go and forgive him for his failures. Just simply remember that your mother and father didn't know how to deal with one another marriage and you just as you now are unable to deal with the problems such as the topic of this video of yours. The moment you forgive them our Lord and Savior YaHusHua aka Jesus Christ will forgive you open your heart and will reveal the right path for you. And Do Not look for a husband if the good lord wants you the have a husband he will reveal that man to you and he will be produced seemingly out of thin air. Believe me, try it and see what happens b/c it'll be Amazing...
