I Crashed My Mavic Mini Drone

On a crisp September morning, I took my Mavic Mini drone out to film a residential lot for a local real estate agent. While I was filming, I got a little too close to the ground, got bound up in some tall grass and wrecked my drone. I broke a propeller and it suffered a some minor scratches, but overall the damage wasn't too severe.

Crashed mine yesterday flying indoors with prop guards and went up in to attic door pull cord broke 2 blades. Ouch!

Dang! That sucks! Even with prop guards that stuff can happen. Live and learn I guess!

Tall grass are drone's number on enemy, always avoid them. My experience, I damage 2 props, one on take off, the other one on landing, it's normal for starters.

Hey Ben,I can go one better.........I put my FIRST Mavic Mini into a lake,it was totaled.Three drones later I fly a bit more cautiously. Especially with my Mini 2.

Aww man, that’s no good! I recently lost my mavic mini for good. I was flying in way too windy conditions and got too far away. Once I realized how bad the wind was getting I tried to bring it back and I couldn’t. I dropped down to get out of the wind some but still couldn’t get it back. Then all of a sudden I lost signal altogether. I drove to where it lost signal and never found it after hours of looking. Pretty sure it ended up in the lake because it had no signal at all. Sad day.
