Whether Rawlings killed Afrifa or not, Afrifa deserved to die at that point. His useless coup with kotoka in 1966 is the reason Ghana is still struggling. That very coup in 1966 shattered de whole vision of Nkrumah and Nkrumah truely died as a result.

We all have to try to do by God as he has the best and final say 🙏

Why can't he show remorse and just come clean. This man is still lying at this age.

I think Mr Rawlings wished he could spill out everything we want to know, but he thinks and talks from the security point of view, considering the high office he has held.we should not expect him say everything and mention names,it might not be healthy to the public audience and might affect us internationally; some truths are better not told.

He did not mean he was generally naive of his actions or the way he handled things but of the reason Afrifa was added to the list..watch carefully and understand before jumping to conclusions please.

At least if he has regretted what he did he will have appologise to the nation and help raise the children. Im a single mother so i know how hard it is to raise a children by your self. To loose a father you will never be the same. My friend father was among of the people j j killed and her mother struggled to take care of the children.

it shows he was misled by the survivor general, and his regret at the death of General Afrifa,so regrettable he said I won't comment. I find jjRawlings as a very out spoken person who should have gotten hold of that troublemaker and surviving general.

Massa that was a military regime so as a leader you always have to watch your back and eliminate your enemies even if that enemy happens to be your child who is becoming power hungry. One can not tell me Afrifa's hands are clean. They were into killing and power grabbing business.

If Afrifa has a useless coup then Rawling had the same in the 1981 , Afrifa was killed becuase of his involvement in overthrowing a democratic elected government, and the penalty for it is to suffer death, which Mr Rawlings did the same , Ghanaian have been so quiet allowing this constitutional criminal to walk free as hero
