So refreshing to see someone show affordable ways to do planners, prayer journal, and making a journaling bible. I feel that so many people show all their fabulous pens , journals etc and many cannot afford the supplies. You have done an exceptionally beautiful journals, etc for very little money. So be encouraged today, as It is amazing how you take care of six children, homeschool, work ,and get anything else done. I am impressed ; so thank God for your creative ways to share. I agree with your planning system! I don't want to think about the money I have spent on planners! I have been using a planner since 1990. I started with Franklin Covey which was very expensive. I switch over to Day runner and stuck with that until 2-3 years ago . I discovered Happy Planner and instantly fell in love! I only buy when there's a sale, but it turned into a planner obsession! Now I will follow your strategy of using dollar store planners! Yours look great! A little fit, I don't have too many sticker books, I get them from the dollar store and also use old magazines and old greeting and birthday cards. I use my yarn catalogs to decorate my crochet and knitting planners! Your are so right that there's are so many things that are budget friendly to use in a planner!
I love the idea of using magazines and birthday cards!! I got into planners a little after you, but my mom had a Covey and then a Day Runner and I was obsessed with looking at them! Do you keep your old planners? I used to keep mine for memories but got rid of them all during a particulary sad day in 2016 😅

That's my bedtime routine, too!! Ever since I got divorced and couldn't sleep anymore since I was so lonely, I've fallen asleep watching them! I love that we share that! Thanks for telling me. Sometimes I judge myself about it 😄
