Legally, they cannot, as it has 4 tires. FMVSS says 3 tires is the max. Some states may be less stringent... But now that it has 4 instead of 3 tires, its not legally a motorcycle.

@Lassi Kinnunen 81 Because of land speed car vs trike vs bike I’m saying it isn’t a bike. And certainly not the biggest trike because of those 3 wheel muck spreaders with monster truck tyres. But, if it was a two wheel bike with drop down stabilisers I would happily call it epically cool :o)
