Dude. I bought Bleu Electrique 60ML for 40euros (cheaper back than on Notino than OG La Nuit). I did not regret a cent of that price. To me is not the same as OG. OG smells to me like buned wallnuts (i do not know why). Le Parfum is fantastic i agree but to me it is very "try harder" which i do not like these try harder fragrances. Bleu Electrique is fresh, heavy on lavander which is my favorite fragrance note, light a appropriate to wear during summer (which i would never tell about OG EDT). But i still like you and great video once again :-). I giving you like.
I agree with you, I wanted Bleu Electrique before the hype just because I love most lavender based fragrances and it just sounds like a signature to me and boy did I like it enough to grab 8 of those 50% off bottles
This is spot on, I fell for the hype. It’s literally the OG, slightly freshened. Paid $70 for a 60ml and never crosses my mind to wear it. Plus the performance is moderate at best 5-6 hours, Prob sell it lol 😂

I got mine when Macy’s was running a Black Friday sale. I’d say it was worth it at $50 for a 60ml bottle, but I still think that the current formulations of the OG smell better.
Blue Electrique was , plain and simple, a cash grab. Couldn’t be arsed creating something new but thought, oh we better put something out . Discontinued “ allegedly “ because of raw materials shortages 🤣🤣. Rubbish!!! There’s nothing in it you couldn’t pick up at Boots the chemist! All the main designer houses seem to be doing the same crap . Nobody wants to take a risk anymore. Remember when Tom Ford was at Gucci .. mad concoctions !!
No kidding, while I was watching this and you brought up le parfum, which I had used the day before, I went to smell the sample and I literally almost threw up. I don’t know if it was something I ate or what, but the humor in the timing is not lost on me
Should I really get the new batches of the edt? I heard that it’s suppppper watered down compared to older batches and it’s all around just not great. This is my first time getting into the line and I was really considering bleu electrique. Would love any responses!
I never owned a LNDL fragrance before so I guess it made sense for me to buy Bleu Electrique then. I might have overspent since it's cheaper in Europe (or was cheaper initially in the US) but i probably overpaid by maybe $25ish which so far I don't mind because I like the fragrance & although the performance isn't great, it's pretty good & I wouldn't expect to wear Bleu Electrique when I'm gone for more than 6 hours anyway (I'd choose something else in that scenario)
Bleu Électrique and the original are the same price where I live. Should I go for the new variation. Want to get this fragrance in my collection. The EDP and Parfum is more expensive
is it worth it 100ml for 75euros tho? we always get sales here, i own le parfum already, had a decant of EdT and it was gone from my skin before i could even start a date

Keep up with the jokes mate they’re great. Only reason I bought bleu eleqtrique was because I always wanted to try the original LNDL (still don’t own it), and heard that it was more like the original than the current formulas of LNDL. Will definitely try the LNDL Le Parfum flanker. Great video
It did get my suddenly interested to try, even thought about snatching up a bottle, because I heard it smells like the original formulation, but as we know, it’s barely available anywhere. I’ve given up, they are just fragrances.
Its still not discontinued in my country, in fact its still available in every perfume shop and i still dont own any La nuit de Lhomme so the question is should i buy it or is the fragrance apprentice is gonna kill me for it.🤐
Its a long lasting LNDL, in other words the best thing ever. Not that i find the OG to be so bad in performance.. Bought 2 bottles for a great price, ready to sell within 2/3 years and buy a house.
I truly feel bad for those that are over paying but I paid 20usd per ounce of juice when I bought my 16oz. Of Bleu Electrique so I can never not love it for the value I got, and having only started my fragrance journey last year too! I was looking for a lavender bomb and it didn't disappoint my new nose and even if it's not as compliment pulling as the OG there is something to be said about a scent that's less commonly worn to me fresh eyes it seems some "niche" frags are more popular then some "designer" frags so how is that niche lol I see fragrance as a to each their own and that's the best thing about flankers you can choose your Le parfum and I can choose my Bleu Electrique and then we both enjoy our own scent bubbles all while not smelling like each other ^_^

Your sense of humor is cheff kiss👌.I trusted my nose, even when I tested it couple of times 1 year apart, I never failed for it tricks which is massively focused on the top note, the concept behind it nothing new, 'shady' unfinised poor quality dry-down. it's a medium- good scent but very poor performance (the first hour is the selling focal point of this fragrance, it has the DNA we all know, and then the next 30 minutes fading into unfinished, back-boneless skin scent). Very uninspiring business strategy from YSL to release this one, but somehow it still works because the DNA of LNDL never fails I guess.
And of course it is discontinued. In Denmark the biggest parfume retailer told me it was the last batch they could get. So get your backup bottle now if needed🎉
Idk you should revisit this fragrance I wore this to Kanye west release album in Miami and this thing was projecting all over the stadium it was amazing. Also Kanye signature scent use to be la nuit so one reason I wore it that night

Sorry FA, you are soooooo wrong on this one. (however, I'd never pay over $200 for it) I bought it from Macy's upon release. Got it. Girlfriend LOVES IT! She likes the OG, and Le Parfum, but Bleu is her absolute fav. This is a GREAT release. Bought a back-up from Macy's about 2 weeks later. Then, I heard of it being discontinued, and grabbed 1 more bottle off an EBAY store (Macy's was out) before the price shot up. I overpaid by about 20 bucks, but I have 2 back-ups - but I'm going through the juice pretty fast. If you can find one reasonably priced, I'd grab it for your collection.
FINALLY a youtuber telling the truth about this SCAM most big youtubers pulled on their audiences. I bought it bc of reviews and it is CRAP... smell is weaker and less complex than the original. And the performance is HORRIBLE. I felt so stupid after buying it...
I bought 2 oz for $40 so didn't spend a lot on it. I don't own og lndl and heard others say its like the og but performs better so figured why not if I saw a gpod deal. I really like the scent, but unfortunately the performance was still below average so performance is my biggest disappointment
Same thing here. Last holiday season a number of these houses were dumping everything like crazy Got Blue Electrique at Macy's though instead of going through the houses themselves.
I got samples of both. Couldn’t tell the difference so I decided on blue cause the blue is nice lol I was too late, and prices doubled, so I got the regular and it’s been amazing.
its a very good fragrance got my 100ml for £75 so not inflated prices i get good performance but im not actually familiar with the og ive only got the bleu electrique
I bought a partial bottle with about 50ml for around $50 when it came out. I like it, but Le Parfum is much better. "You probably don't even know what a Skrillex is." Ngl, you got me good with that one.
Funny guy!🤣 I got Bleu Electrique because I never owned the original. I've heard the original got reformed and weak. When Bleu came out and it was mentioned that it was like the original but a bit stronger I bought...when Macy's blew it out for $45. I like it.
