I mean I understand the argument she's trying to make, But the way she's phrased it is horrible. Basically she's saying supporting LGBTQ Is alienating the regular people, By putting those who claim to be different on a pedestal. This is true for any form of activism, But she's way too conservative to take a proper stands on the issue. I literally saw someone at my school tell a gay, trans boy that she supported him, but could not support his life choices because it went against her personal beliefs and the Bible. He just sat there and said nothing and the worst part is, I am friends with that boy and I know that he is friends with that girl. So, he literally had to hear one of his friends say that.

Spider that is not true, some parents don’t think toddlers would understand trans or gay (etc.) people. I don’t think kids under 5 would understand sex or changing genders. The kids just probably wouldn’t understand it. Or the parents are sexist and think all people should be straight. The point is not all straight people are sexist or bad.

There’s so much biphobia, it’s crazy. I faced a lot of hostility even within the LGB(!!!)T community over the years because of it. People assume we are noncommittal or confuse being bi with being poly or promiscuous. It’s gotten a little better since I first came out ~15 years ago, but it’s still sad how much people can stigmatize and invalidate us while also sexualizing us… 😞 💙💜💗

I tried to be a Christian, and only realised that, the religion is much legit without modern people giving opinions to the Bible. And people still eat pork and shrimp even when the Bible said no anyways. What’s new.
Right, I go to a catholic school and learned that they support gays, etc, but don’t support gay marriages which goes into more detail. They also supposedly don’t support trans, cuz we are born the way we are this also goes into detail. But all in all they support and if you want to get married it just can’t be a catholic wedding. (Also this is what I learned so don’t take it to seriously)

I'm not against the LGBT community. I mean, I'm part of it. Everyone in there's kinda chill, but my parents say otherwise. God said that we should love everyone equally, but not that one special person. The one special person that God prepared for us. If God designed you as a man, you're destined to be with a woman, and vice versa. I'm just... confused? I told my parents that being gay is okay, but they had this long talk about it after. If God prepared someone for us, maybe we're just being impatient and going for someone that's the same gender as us. You know? Maybe we should trust God. Maybe the person that makes us gay isn't His best for us..?

I also call my friends (including my guy friends and I’m a heterosexual female) good-looking and stuff and even though we’re all single, it’s COMPLETELY PLATONIC. I swear, if my future boyfriend gets jealous of that, I’m going to be very confused. Also, not all Christians are homophobic. In fact, I know that there are a lot of Christians that are a *part* of the LGBTQIA+ community, and I as a Heterosexual, Cisgender, Christian am extremely proud and supportive of them. Edit: I would also like to say that I don’t think being gay is a sin, and that condemning others for it is an absolutely ridiculous thing to do. It’s not something that you can control. It’s like telling a person that was born blind that it’s their fault that they can’t see.

I went to an all girl school and honestly, girls in a group can be nasty. I’ve seen it happen, it’s never when they are alone but in w group. However, my brother goes to an all boy school and boys aren’t the shit either. Starting useless fights after jokingly insulting each other and taking it a bit too far.
