You still somehow managed to keep the video interesting as if i am part of this journey or this bad phase. Stay strong few months and you'll be back to the progress where you left and even i enjoy squats and deadlift most and i can't even think if i can't able to do it. You are a strong guy with strong mindset. Good luck for the recovery process brother

I’m glad your surgery went well, it’s all about the healing and physio from here on, continue to show us your gradual progression, your physiotherapy, certain exercises you are allowed to do, your good and bad days and how you are coping mentally, it’s all very interesting stuff and look forward to the day you are back to full fitness and lifting those weights 👍🏻🙏🏻

Had exactly the same injury playing 7 a side footie few years ago. Like you I was in complete disbelief but you will come back stronger from this. Be interested in your next vids to see what physio protocols you follow, including ankle mobility (key for the squats!) and remedying any muscle atrophy. All the best mate and speedy recovery!

That is so crazy! I tore my achilles tendon 10 days ago and went on youtube to find videos of others who have had the same injury and experience. I came across your page and I was in awe. I am scheduled to get my surgery this upcoming week. These 10 days have been so challenging and emotional. Wishing that all goes well and that you have a speedy recovery.
