Had gallbladder surgery last year after years of gallbladder attacks that doctors gaslit me about and refused to treat. It had gone septic and I needed to be rushed to the state hospital to get it removed. Thanks for the trip down memory lane. Feel better soon, Becca!
That was my mom's experience too, for months she was having problems that we went to a few hospitals for but they always dismissed her until her gallbladder ruptured and she nearly died 🙃
no yeah I had surgery for removal last year after a bad gallbladder attack. and I already had underlying gas and stomach issues. Luckily never had been in that kind of pain sense. have had gas pain still from time to time
I just had my gallbladder taken out a couple days ago so I definitely know your pain! I was sent to the ER for mine, but they didn’t immediately take it out and I had to schedule surgery for it! I had several stones😅

As someone who has acid reflux (GERD), I can say it's nervously scary. When I sleep, most the times I don't have a reflux at night, but some times, I wake up trying to gasp for air, and I cannot breathe. The thing I do to get rid of it is by trying to breathe in, and keep trying, making a loud "UUGH!" Noise so My family can hear me and help me. After it goes away, my throat will burn for a while, but then go away soon enough. But acid reflux is not a joke, as it can suffocate, and choke you when you least expect it. If you can't breathe in or swallow, and you feel like you can't breathe, get up, breathe in loudly, and try to breathe in as much as you can, this will stop it, since I've done this before sometimes. I've gotten used to it now, all I do is get up, breathe in as much as I can, after it goes away, I get a water, drink some, and go to bed. But I've never had surgery, nor had a camera down my throat. I'm hoping mine isn't too bad.

Definitely get it checked out. I suffered from a similar hernia and ended up getting a linx operation and it’s sooooooo much better. It’s not completely gone but i not longer feel like I’m drowning and only have to take a med every so often.
Omg me too. I’ve been struggling with really bad heartburn the past few weeks and I’m trying not to freak myself out about it so I’m hoping it’ll just go away on its own. Hope you start feeling better soon though!❤
Laparoscopic abdominal surgery is no joke! I had a bowel resection a few years ago and the shoulder pain was so unbelievably bad, it was way worse than anything I felt in my abdomen. I'm so glad you're feeling better!
I’m so glad you are okay! I know, surgery can be tough, but it’s always great to get back on your feet. I had to get surgery when I was born because I couldn’t eat food well, I kept throwing it up. I had to stay in the hospital for the first few days of my life! I got A shoulder separation with A side of good ol' *pain*. P.S.: the goddamn ambulance came 48 minutes after the accident happened because of "High Traffic" Even though the hospital was 12 minutes away. I think they were playing A last minute Pokemon match. 3 times. Another P.S.: I'm still healing. I separated it like.. 5 days ago. And I'm writing to much so I might end it here.. JUST KIDDING I DONT NEED BREAK INSTEAD I'LL WRITE ALL OF THE (Holy Music starts playing in the background) *FIVE NIGHTS AT FREDDY'S* Game of my childhood! Let's start with the my favorite character.. (' FNaF 1 'song plays in background while holy music ends) *WILLIAM AFTON* !! William Afton is the insane, manipulative, psychotic, lunatic father of the Afton Family. He killed 6 children (The main children aka the missing children). Their names are: Freddy - Gabriel Bonnie - Jeremy Chica - Susie Foxy - Fritz Golden Freddy - Cassidy Puppet - Charlie / Charlotte Emily William Afton got killed by the children he killed (lol karma) by using ✨SPRINGLOCKS✨ He got chased by the vengeful spirits and his only option was to get in the springbonnie suit.. He got in the suit.. And the suit got exposed to water.. You might know what happens next. The springlocks went off. His bones and organs got crushed by metal and blood flew out the suit. The spirits watching in amazement and with a "Take that Afton! KARMA'S A BITCH ISN'T IT?!" But, Charlie felt different. Her life goal was supposed to help EVERYONE. Charlie felt sorry for Afton but she also felt vengeful towards him. (Back to William bitches) After the souls left the saferoom, William was left there, to rot in the saferoom for 30 years. Unconscious. (BUT HE ALWAYS COME BACK). After he woke up, he realized his theory was true! He's immortal! But dead. He hoped of he would of been ALIVE and immortal. But he decided this would do. Soon after he managed to leave the saferoom. A attraction made to scare people was made. But it was closed down for some "good reasons 🙄". A night guard was sent there to work the night shift cause some suspicious activity was going on in there. Apparently, phantom versions of some iconic animatronics appeared in Fazbear Frights. • Phantom Freddy •Phantom Chica •Phantom Balloon Boy •Phantom Mangle •Phantom Puppet •Phantom Foxy The Phantoms worked with William Afton, who was now a animatronic named " Springtrap ". On Night 5, Springtrap set the place on fire (I think? Maybe it was the night guard or something). Some years later, SPRINGTRAP WOKE UP AGAIN OR SOMETHING. AND BECAME GODDAMN SCRAPTRAP! LETS SPEED RUN THIS!!! Michael Afton died and started rotting. His name is Eggs Benedict thanks to ✨Hand Unit✨ in FNaF Sister Location. With the help of Henry Emily, Williams Old Business Partner and Ex-Best Friend the arsonist. They lured all the animatronic in Freddy Fazbear's pizza place and set the place on fire. Scraptrap, ScrapBaby, Molten Freddy, Lefty and others burned.Michael and Henry also burned in the fire and hoped everyone would just move on to the after life. And William go to the darkest pit of hell and the devil waiting for him 😜!! BUT THIS FAILED AND WILLIAM AFTON CAME BACK. He came back in FNaF Security Breach as Burntrap and shit. Yowch! Yeah the laparoscopic gas pains are *painful.* I had a surgery like that in 2019 and that was my biggest complaint. It’s not even a normal hurty, it’s an *advanced* hurty. I wish you a speedy recovery, and hopefully a future that is heartburn free!!

Speaking as someone who has also had laprascopic surgery and a c-section, you do not have to apologize AT ALL! Recovery can be the pits, and it is different for everyone, so you just take your time recovering and we'll see you next time!
Pain is relatable. I had a laparascopic appendectomy a year ago. I had wired side pain for a month, and nobody explained why. Now you explained why you have pain now, and I totally understand why I had it too. Rebecca, your channel totally lives up to its name. 😅

As someone who has had surgery before, I know it’s not easy, but having to come to terms with the fact that it’s some parts of the actor affects of the surgery are difficult. I had a surgery back in 2020 during the pandemic and it was really difficult for me after the surgery. I was so mad and upset that it happened to me but I knew I had to keep going. It’s hard I’m not gonna lie but if you keep trying and work hard, you feel better and happier than ever before. Glad to see that you’re back Rebecca.❤

Thank you for making this video, because it helped me actually go to the hospital when I was experiencing similar symptoms. It was finals week so I was hesitant to go, but then I remembered your video. It turned out not to be a hernia, but I did end up having to have emergency surgery.

Recovery room nurse here! Put a pillow on your stomach when you get up or have to use muscles in your abdomen as a splint to help with the pain. As for the gas, unfortunately pain meds won't do much. The best you can do is put heat on your shoulders and neck and keep moving your arms. It helps the gas work itself out faster. Do ice on your stomach 20 minutes on and 20 minutes off, that can help with inflammation. Hope those tips help and you feel better!!

Oh no!!!!! Gas bubbles are the worst ☹️ Had a similar thing happen while in college for an emergency surgery, and someone at the hospital pushed on my stomach making it WORSE. I’m so sorry you’ve dealt with that now, I hope over the past few months it’s gone away 😢 it is one of the worst things because you can’t even lay on your back to sleep sometimes. Hey I’m glad you’re doing okay! I have a hiatal hernia as well and have been struggling with heartburn and relying on fomatidine as my acid reducer for years now.. and the endoscopy’s man they suck 😂 hope you feel better!
I don't think I've experienced pain quite on the level you've described, however I do have chronic back pain that occasionally results in waking up with a very distinct crushing sensation around my entire abdomen - I 100% empathize and relate to waking up (nearly, in my case) in tears just from the shock of "oof ouchie to the max" - I sincerely hope you're feeling better soon 🥺❤
Oof! I felt your pain Becca. Back in 2022 I needed surgery done because I had a rare condition called Achalasia, which is a subcategory of dysphagia. Glad you're okay though! ^.^
As someone that suffers from pain constantly on a daily basis (for the last 7 years) I hope you feel better soon. Pain that won't subside with painkillers is terrible

I can't lie. This year has also been rough with me. I had a level 5 Dog Bite and Apendix surgery, my total scars on my Abdomin is now 6 like you! I honestly hope you feel better and dont want you to feel the amount of pain as I went through. I sincerly hope you recover better than ever. Have a restful week Becca!

As someone who had surgery to have their gall bladder removed, I know the pain the after surgery feels like and I am sorry that you had to go through that. It sucks, but it will be worth it in the end.
