Adam, sell merch and have a company that takes care of making and shipping it. You take the profit and donate it to your favorite charity, church or any other nonprofit organization. It’s a win-win for everyone!
Adam, just reading off the title I presumed you meant that you just loved you some bootleg merch and were going to spend some time discussing such 🤣. Get yourself a t-shirt line made and if you don't want the money put it to the local kids charity or something that you champion, that way everyone is happy. Thanks for taking us on a lovely Sunday trip to the market and to see some fun props!
I was going to say something similar... Obviously, someone is enjoying his name, image, and likeness. I would put out a request for proposal for non-profits, perhaps to movie/cinema museums or such, and award them a year or two of selling some NIL t shirts - then link to them in your video descriptions. Let them run the whole process. It seems like there's so many nonprofits setup these days to reopen movie theaters in many communities, I bet they would love an opportunity to sell some merch.
I wish you'd consider bringing back the shirts. Obviously we'd all love to bump into you and have you see us wearing the merch, but what's sometimes just as fun is for us to see and connect with others wearing the "Woo" themed shirts/merch! I love getting comments and thumbs up from people at the parks etc, even security! You can always sell them at cost or donate the profits to charity. Also, congrats on sticking with the healthy living! Keep up the great work!
Hey Adam great video around Celebration, FL..Happy 30th to MGM Florida..Amazing others are selling merchandise with your name on it..Interesting collectibles and more..
Those canna lilies along the canal are always so beautiful! They're the perfect flower for hot Florida summers, especially waterside like that! You'll see that in the hottest times of the year, WDW will also feature a great deal of cannas in their landscapes due to their tropical nature! We grow them up north in the summers to give us Florida feel in our yard! 🙂 🏵
I love your videos. I can't go out very much due to mobility issues, so I appreciate all the wonderful places you take us to. God bless stay healthy, safe and happy.
Another great video as usual, Adam. BTW, while I was out doing deliveries yesterday I stumbled upon the spot where you do your openings for Disney vlogs. I had a delivery at the Contemporary Resort. I thought to myself, that's how he finds a place to park. Lol. And yes, im talking about the electrical tower ears. 😂
You always have such interesting fun facts videos. Love how you enjoy life doing something different all the time. Also you have great friends that are in some of your videos which I would think keeps you from being lonely. Sad about the merch that's being sold that's not yours but you are right that's a huge battle for you to fight.
For some reason I thought the start of the video he was going to say. "For today's adventure, we are going to jail." Gosh it made me chuckle. Thanks Adam for even just that of many.
People will always like to buy merch for things they enjoy, including this vlog. It was nice when you sold your own stuff, and donated the proceeds. Way better that than fans being ripped off by bootleggers!
I agree. Also, people like to have memorabilia for the things that bring them peace and joy. You could always donate the profits if you don’t feel good about making money on it.
Hey Adam, you could find the candle warmer at craft stores or wally world(walmart). I usually run it on my ceramic stove so if the candle explodes it is easier to clean up. You need to be careful with it just like you are burning a candle, if there is any crack in the candle glass, do not put it on the warmer. (That is when they can explode) I would not leave the house or go to bed with it still on. As for your merch, you need to get going on that because there are many people, including me, who would buy it.
Adam, I would say a great thing would be to have a merch store that all profits would benefit “Give Kids the World” or something like that. I know it’s probably a lot of work to run that, but if you had the time it would be awesome. At least some of that revenue could benefit something positive! 👍
Man, talk about a flashback! I remember getting one of those Grauman's Chinese Theater mold thingies at Grauman's Chinese Theater in Hollywood when my mom and I went to see DIAMONDS ARE FOREVER in December 1971.
Great episode. I went to 8:30 mass yesterday at Corpus Christi--how did I miss that house with their Cinco de Mayo display?! We enjoyed the Farmer's Market as well and I'm sorry to have missed the luggage tags.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE sell some merch! We really want to support you while showing it. I haven't bought anything from anywhere else because I would rather my money go to you.
Ah, I was in Celebration on 5th too, first visit and loved it, bought a few bits from the market but could have bought more and had brunch at the hotel which was so nice. Would have loved to bump into you there as you've made me want to go even more than I did before ever since you moved there
It's probably been mentioned before, but it'd be fantastic if you sold your merchandise again and gave the proceeds to your favorite charity. Examples of such organizations include Give Kids The World, Make-A-Wish Foundation, and JDRF. Win-win!!! 👏😊
Adam I was in the very back of the crowd waiting to go into the show and the cast member was choosing people to play parts in the show. Unbeknownst to me my two daughters standing behind me were pointing to me. Next thing I know they are calling me up front to play the role of Ethel in the skit with Lucy in the chocolate factory. That was so much fun to do even though at the time I was so caught off guard and nervous when they chose me. The unfortunate thing is they would not let anyone film or take pictures as it was sponsored by Sony and they did not permit filming. So I have nothing but my memories of the experience. I heard that later on the studio actually filmed it and gave the participants a copy.
So happy you were able to make it to Stage 89. Was wanting to make it there myself but plans didn't line up. I really hope they have something again in the future!! Kind of jealous of your Chinese theater mold. Have you found a spot for it yet?😀
I love seeing the mgm props. How I would love to get my hands on a sign ...especially those red yellow black ones. Any clue where to find that kind of stuff for sale?
10:06 I use my coffee maker as my warmer, the little hot plate underneath, it works really well because it usually turns itself off after a certain amount of time so you don’t have to worry! It really works
Is the original max's grill and max's cafe still exist? Was watching an old promo for celebration the other day where they mentioned those two, so ive been curious.
I have a picture of myself at age 13, mid 1990s and I’m holding one of those wax molds of the Chinese Theater, as I’m standing in front of the theater! That was where it was made. There’s a Dennis the Menace movie poster in the background. I’d love to recreate it, I now need one of those molds you just got. No clue what happened to my original one.
I love all your videos but this one excellent did a great job all the memorabilia. Thanks for taking us with you today as always looking forward to seeing your bag tag on your luggage pretty cool.
Hey adam, you should try your hand at stirfryes. I make them and you add chicken and put it on rice. it's so good. Also thank you for your videos. RU-vid has been an escape for me. My dad passed last week suddenly and videos have been a part of my escape. and I love your videos.
Did you know that house has a company come out and decorate it for them? I was there around Easter time and watched the company put their Easter decorations together. Talk about disposable income!
She would decorate for Christmas, and leave her decorations up too long, and kept getting letters from the HoA people. That pissed her off and now she decorates 24 hours a day, for spite. She has the company come out and decorate for arbor day, or national donut day. Just anything to stick it to the HOA. Passive Aggressive.
I own a 2nd home in Celebration. Since I'm not there all the time, I have a company that decorates for all the major holidays. That way the sometimes snooty neighbors will stay quiet.
Adam, have you tried a cold brew coffee from Starbucks (or any good coffee shop) on a hot day? I finally tried it a couple of years ago and really enjoyed it. If you do try one, let us know what you think.
I would LOVE to have an Adam the Woo shirt, and yes, I would reach into my wallet 😂!! If you don’t want to take people’s money, you could donate it to charity
Typically we welcome guests for our Thursday night show, WDW News Tonight to hang out in the exhibit area prior to the show. Our show is currently dark, but we will be back up towards the end of August.
Scentsy is the best company to buy wax warmers to fragrance your home! I have many warmers, even a Disney 100 one. They are affiliated with Disney at the Flower and Garden show and new at Magic Kingdom with the Smellaphants.
Adam. I'm wondering. On Specific... Do you know where Walt Disneys Grandparents and Great Grandparents on his father Elias' side are Buried.. is it in the States. And have you been there....???
When I sold my merch on amazon, my designs were stolen all the time. One of my best sellers was stolen and is being sold on aliexpress, and many other sites. ☹
Don't give up use that as a lesson but all your copyright etc wte to protect your brand & ideas then sue these bigger places but the fact an idea you had is profitable means others will be just protect yourself & shitttte bootleg some of their products as well china & India bootleg everything
LOL everytime I see a car with the pass holder sticker, I have to do a double take because initially my brain reads it as "azzhole der" sorry maybe some sort of Freudian slip....gosh as the kid of a Disney street musician in the 90's who grew up doing homework in the tunnel under magic kingdom I can say the place has really changed. Both overcrowded and cost prohibitive. I met you at Fun Spot and your old buddy Jason who wrote your original theme song-- I miss you're old punk rock approach, but I understand it's business and being more centered and refined matters more these days, nothing wrong with that!. Cheers Adam
Adam as far as your merch goes if were to create some you could donate the profits to yours or your families favorite charity. It’s a win win situation. Good luck ☘️
It would be interesting if there was a trusted vendor who would sell 'authorized merch' and donate proceeds to whatever charity you picked (maybe a rotating roadside attraction or museum every couple of months). I don't know any, but just another possibility.
