Imagine meeting this really nice girl, you fall in love, get married and then find out its Max Fosh's sister and you're going to get pranked your entire life
Honestly the most wholesome part of these sister videos is how she's not suspicious of him when he invites her places. That just means he hangs out with his sister a significant amount normally.
@@sundhaug92 i dont think that being a published author means anything here. 50 shades of grey was a twilight fan fic and im pretty sure the person who made that is a "published author". not sure about the psychotherapist part tho.
Quite the risk you took there Max. Had I lured one of my sisters to international waters only to proclaim that the whales were a lie and crime was legal, I don't think I would have made it back to shore in one piece.
The fact that she randomly stumbled upon an article where a crew from Ramsgate had their boat attacked by an orca (even though it happened in Gibraltar but she did not read that far into the article) is an amazing coincidence
Imagine tallys speech at max funeral for a brief moment. "Max...he... *sigh* he was wonderful...he terrorised me, he sued me, and one day he even kidnapped and robbed me of our grannys ring in international waters...I miss him so much." 😂
@@KETYBAUOARDSMMAS It’s been 8 MONTHS. Maybe I can’t! 😫 Maybe this comment is but a philosophical representation of the drive we CHOOSE when we walk the wrong path….the utter firmness of the stubborn heart as we look back at the regrets of ours mistakes!! 😭 Or yea, maybe ur right and I should just edit it. 🤔
@@sauce8277 You're right. It's artistic. Perhaps in a sea of flawlessness only the flawed have meaning. It is, after all, our flaws that make us. Or maybe you SHOULD just edit it. But think. That would be giving up. Buckling under the pressure to change when you could be you, just as you are. Think of all the people who liked your comment. All the people who saw it and decided that YOU deserved love, your pure, unfiltered self. Imagine the betrayal they must feel if you created this comment that they loved so much, standing out in the sea of endless others, and you edit it. You tear the comment away from them. You BETRAY them. But this reply is edited... Perhaps my advice is not to be heeded, perhaps I am but another snake, a liar.
Fun fact “The act is referred to as ‘piracy’ when it occurred in international waters or outside the jurisdiction of any state, whereas it is called ‘armed robbery at sea’ when it occurred inside territorial waters or internal waters.” So he did commits a piracy attack agains his sister on the high sea.
Well that and he planned all this on British soil. Even if the act itself happens somewhere else, setting up the company and luring her to the boat under false pretense together with others is conspiracy
At this point do you think Max needs to periodically plan normal trips with his sister just to drown out the many times he has messed with her, or do you think his sister already knew something was gonna happen the moment she got the invitation, but goes anyway because the situations are always hilarious
Unfortunately transporting someone under false pretences is kidnapping and planning a crime is conspiracy, both were committed within UK territory, but I look forward to your "I surgically changed my face to escape prison" video.
Oh I doubt she actually trusts him not to prank her. I'm guessing they've had a conversation and she trusts he'll never do a prank that's actually harmful and she goes along with the obviously suspicious setups for the #content
I've actually done that one successfully before. A guy tried to mug me for my shoes once, and I said no and kept walking. He yelled at me a few times, told me I was dead, all that stuff, but he didn't actually follow me. Just kept walking the other way
i met a guy who committed piracy once and failed to a second time first time he and some mates were entering a boat, unwelcome to its owner but happily seen by his daughters second time he offered denmark to enter the iraq war as an independent, but was turned down
I’m not a lawyer but I do believe that if this was anything but a joke you could still be tried for conspiracy to commit a armed robbery even if the robbery was technically “legal”
Also not a lawyer, but I'm pretty sure committing armed robbery in international waters is simply called... piracy. And no, that's not "technically legal" at all.
I'm not familiar with UK law, but most countries also allow themselves to prosecute a number of serious crimes of their citizens even if they happen outside of the UK to make sure people can't go unpunished due to technicalities over jurisdictions or governments unwilling (or being unable) to prosecute. There's also a pretty big chance that this dinghy was functionally still UK for the purposes of the law. And if all that failed this could also be considered piracy (although I'm also not familiar enough with international law), in which case there'd be international jurisdiction and *any* country could prosecute.
Yer under international law no where is actually lawless. It's just a question of what countries law is applied. In this case they are British, the boat was bought in Britain, it's near Britain, so Britain. It would have been more interesting if he had got a boat registered it somewhere where women who are family members have no rights and then just demand it off her under Somali law etc.
@@davedavids57assuming he went 200 miles out, and registered the boat in Somalia, it would still be illegal under international law. Of course, he probably faked this video as well.
@@redthegamer12 He might've just pranked his sister without actually thinking real armed robbery would be legal. I mean, I think politely asking "Will you give me grandma's ring" while waving an offensive statue at someone is probably not illegal in general :P
Max Fosh is the ultimate sibling, the level he takes to annoy his sister can only be respected. As the older brother myself who has a sister - I can only bow down to this man's genius
The funny thing is that both of these would most likely still be illegal because even international waters have laws. I am not 100% sure about the robbery part but ending other person's live very much seems to be against some international water law.
@@nebulous962 enforcement is difficult due to jurisdiction, that’s why it needs to be an unflagged vessel. If you commit a crime on international waters that in a vessel that is flagged somewhere then you are prosecuted in that country.
@@jdenmark1287 Pretty sure any crime committed on a "stateless vessel in international waters" is considered an act of piracy and that means ANY country has the right to prosecute him for "armed robbery at sea".
I can't believe he left out the part where he convinced the people to assist him in the armed robbery. How would that converstation have gone? "You want to help commit a crime?" "Uhh, no?" "Don't worry, its legal." "Oh, alright then."
I think based on UN law one could say he committed piracy if you look at it as his sister being part of the crew of the dingy and Max being part of the crew of the main boat who had boarded the dingy to commit an act of illegal violence
I just guess that Max is ussually such a lovely brother so that's why his sister doesn't suspect every single time he breaths he's thinking about what to (legally) do to prank her.
