Oh.. I had a drunk lady on call for 2 hours. She wanted a anti virus service provided by my mobile carrier. She had a Huawei phone and my company explicitly stated that they gave that service only to samsung, apple, nokia and sony phones. Oh god she wouldn't cut the call and I had to keep explaining. Then she verbally abused me, started crying, literally. Her husband had left her and her boss fired her because she couldn't concentrate. Then her phone was corrupted. It was rough.

Being a barista is like 300 mean people in a row that are in a rush. Then they’re mad at you that they were late to work because they couldn’t mobile order or just leave 15 minutes early to enjoy their coffee/breakfast before work. Oh also people think they have the right to ask you very personal questions and have the right to get their drinks made first because they’re late. 0/10 don’t recommend. Also corporate isn’t ran by baristas so they’ve been imposing standards that aren’t doable, district managers have no idea what it’s like to be on the floor, and work load is not distributed equally.

i have a full sized blowtorch :D bought it to make creme brulée. i could have gotten a small butane one, but figured a big propane one will have more uses, and really, it has come in handy more times than i ever thought. was able to melt my gold bracelet back together; can also use it for things like the first commenter said 😉 and even just lighting a charcoal or wood burning grill. it's so useful. and didn't really cost any more than one of the little butane torches. was like 16$ or something.
