It’s like building muscle. The more you fast the stronger you will get. Soon it will be easier to push that fast longer. You got this just keep trying.
I'm doing every other day omad and one fun day a week, So far it has been working for me. I started almost 11 weeks ago and I'm down 25lbs! Still have 50lbs to lose but feeling great! Thanks for all the motivation!
It’s been 17 days since I started fasting and I’m down 14 lbs pretty happy with the results I have gotten. During my 3rd consecutive 90 hour fast I broke and re fed around the 70 hour mark I was disappointed but hit the clock again to start a another 90 hour fast completed it and ended around the 98 hour mark not trying to compensate for the previous fast just happened like that. Re fed and hit it again for another 90. Thanks Jerome your videos are Informative, Motivating and Inspirational.🙏
Sucessfully completed a 21 day fast Wednesday with a weight of 156lbs. My only issue is immediately rolling right into another fast. I ate foods I was kinda craving Thursday and Friday as well. My weight this morning was 170lbs so I shot up 14lbs. I was planning to do rolling 7day fasts but now I've decided to fast for 10 days. I feel pretty good about this fast. Posting for accountability.
Down 30 lbs in how long? Your once-weekly protocol sounds good. I normally do omad most days of the week, so if I skip a day, I would be pretty comfortable doing 48 hours. I am now doing the 5:2 plan but more like 4:3. The plan is working albeit slowly, and I get my best results when I do consecutive down days. Recently, I was out and missed my planned down day meal at lunch time, so I decided to fast the whole day. I ended up in a 42 hour fast with beautiful results, and it honestly wasn't that hard.
I got super excited when I found this channel. I did good fasts for 10 days and have reached to 72 hours when things started going down hill. I realized that 72 hours is too long for me at this stage, but I am struggling to continue even with shorter fasts. Its all mental. I binged several times and now I feel like I am not sure if I will ever loose the weight. I have been doing 12-13 hr fasts lately and even that has become to be a struggle. I feel like I have lost against my weight again. But I don’t want to give up, but not sure how.
I can´t do 72 rolling fast either, only once in a while, but omad is more doable, when you know that you can eat it al today lately, it does the trick for me. Also trying to eat as healthy as possible during the eating window. Don't give up on yourself, you can also eat 2mad , just try to move/walk more and eat as clean as possible with some extras once in a while.
Thank to your help now I am committed the first week after finding you I did 89h as total for the first week. The second week I did 124h. All because I am keeping track, giving myself credit?grace and not giving up. My goal is 168h per week. I need to loose 40lbs . I will keeep updating for contability ….Thank you!
@@BruceLeroyUK… I switch it frequently. I did the May challenge of rolling 65s . This month I am switching around from 65s, to OMADs, and occasionally 90hour.
Didn't have as much luck last month... But started this month with a BANG! Successfully at 130+ hr fast and counting... Going to break fast sometime later today with something to ease in than a real re-fuel tomorrow and then shoot for at least a 96+ fast next week. Starting at 6" 350 lbs... Today 6-8-24 at 340 lbs 🧐👍
What about vitamin and mineral deficiencies? My mom used to have very disordered eating and would "fast" for many days and ended up with early dementia due to vitamin B12 deficiency. Do you take any supplements?
How do you eat so much? My husband lost weight the morning after his 90h refeed. He got stuffed after eating a fraction of the food he planned on. He's niw on day 2 of a 65h and he said hes not even hungry and its the weirdest feeling. 😅
Thank you uploading your videos I have one question although I know in water fast one should not eat anything but is it fine if I eat few fruit or small chicken salad something like 200 calories one small 200 calorie in a day while doing water fasting will I still loose weight like this
I believe of imperfect consistency but I think that should be the mantra IF you slip up. I think the attitude should be to aim for perfect consistency, to stick to everything as perfectly as you can, to give yourself no out, no excuse, no negotiation. If you do, it's okay, get back on the horse. But I do think the aim should be to absolutely stick to the plan no matter what. I don't just aim for perfection, I demand it from myself. But I'm smart enough to forgive and move on very quickly when I fail to show up.
Ideally is the way I frame it. Ideally we’d all like to hit our fasting goals but in the times that we can’t, the practice of imperfect consistency lays a solid foundation to moving the needle forward
@@FinallyFasting Now that you burned off the fat you should start concentrate on building muscle for the remainder of the year. You may gain some weight but if it’s muscle it’s all good 👍🏾
None. I don't know much about gallbladder issues when losing weight, but if that's your fear - what's the rush of losing it so fast? There's always the fear of the complications of being overweight/obese
It would be nice if I can reach out to you. I am in dire need due to the fact that I have struggled for years and one of my main concerns is the conditioning of eating daily on time. Thanks 🙏🏼
