I’m on day 25 doing OMAD. Next month I am going to push myself to do 72 hour rolling fast. I just wanted to be consistent and disciplined for a whole month first and now I’m ready for more!

I’m on day 7 of my prolonged water only fast. Plan on 21-30 days. I feel AMAZING and full of energy!!

@@giselemello3948 I been fasting off and on for about 4-5 years! This will be my first fast going this long though. My usual fast are around 3-5 days. But I got into a bad depression after losing my sister & it’s done a lot of damage to me mentally and physically. So I know my body needs a good long fast. I just woke up and said I’m fasting for 3-4 weeks and just done it. I feel your body tells you when it’s time. I’m also working out everyday doing strength training. The first 3 days are the hardest. After that it’s so easy. No hunger, full of energy, and SO happy. I can’t believe how good I feel.

Completed my 90 hour fast today down 9 pounds and excited for what the future holds. Thank you Jerome for inspiring me to be accountable. I’m restarting the clock already refeeded and hit that clock for another 90.

Here my stats for May fasting challenge: Lost 22.1 LBS. Completed 8 extended fasts (averaging 67.8 hours each). Worked out for 20 days (averaging 17.9 minutes per session) with average volume lifted 2,433 LBS per day. Walked an average of 6435 steps per day. Slept an average of 6.5 hours. Thanks Gerome for starting this challenge 🙂

I'm on day 11 of a 21 day fast. Down 24 lbs in 10 days. My current weight this morning was 168lbs. Only 6 more pounds to go until I release all the weight I gained. I finally got rid of the majority of my larger clothes and am fitting into my smaller clothes again. I've upped my walks from 30 minutes to at least an hour and am working on improving my sleeping habits. I'm feeling pretty good and grateful for being consistent.

You are such an inspiration! You have been my catalyst to get back into fasting.. and I've been keeping 'imperfect consistency' in the forefront of my mind. I have been trying for 48 to 72 hour fasts ... I get times, like today, (65 hours in) where I feel so light-headed and dizzy so I end up breaking my fast. Unfortunately, I feel like I over ate today and am feeling so sick right now. I hit the 'restart' button though. Thank you for the motivation. I listen to your older live-streams while I go on my walks, these help encourage me. So, thank you for that!

You did great🎉when you feel lightheaded or dizzy is your body telling you that you need electrolytes , I had the same issues while fasting in the early days, and I bought a powder (also available in tablet form) from Amazon and oh my goodness what a diffrence they made, allowed me to go from a 24- 72 then a 93 now I can fast without any awful side effects "other than the ovious bouts of hunger" for a clear 5-7 days fairly easily. Electrolytes are the key. Again so we'll done and I'm rooting for you❤

that's great that your doing so well Jerome!!! please keep maintaining. I've been trying to finish my 96 hour fasts. so far I keep eating early and breaking my fast. I've been trying to keep myself full with ice cold diet Dr pepper and water. and it's working...but last night I spoiled it by eating four cups of vegetable soup. still I am not giving up. Please wish me luck.

you must be the strongest faster on youtube, i never seen any so consistent and strong when it comes to fasting..you are very consistent, motivating and deserve to become a coach to people in this fasting community. now lets pray you cut out sugar and carbs so you can overcome your cravings for such food....protein and fat would make you even stronger if you decided to up that in your so far high carb diet..stay strong, you got this!!

Started April 23rd, fast 120hr Sunday pm to Friday pm. Then omad for Friday through the weekend. Started out hot, but think I overdid the weekends as the last 2 weeks have been only down 2lbs. Still down overall 27lbs. Now reducing to a meal on Friday, and the option for either Sunday or Saturday depending on plans. Will try to keep it lighter too.

I started fasting in febuary around the 20th .. Its May 25th,2024z I startd at 16 hrs and every 2 weeks or so i took it up a notch .. rn i am doing 20hrs . I started at 211 lbs , i am now 201-202 lbs …. Next month - For the month of June. Imma start my 36 hr fast 2x a week and the rest 18 -20hr fast . I expect to lose a lot more next month. I also started cookn and eatin better 🥳

6lb Maintenance range is pretty tight. I'm doing alternate day fasting for the last 2 months, and while the scale is always trending down, it can be a 1-3lb swing on the morning weigh-in between fed and fasted days. Simply by weighing in an hour later than usual, I can easily be half a pound lighter.

Im 24 hrs in my first 3 day fast, its not easy but i do feel a little weak and dizzy. But im doing this for my health both physically and Spiritually. So I plan to break the fast on Wednesday at lunch with a 4hr eating period and then will continue on another 72hr fast. I need to loose about 40-50 pounds. Thats my goal. God bless you brother

Yes, I am continuing the 65s.. I feel great. Iv stayed off the scale for the most part, but I may check before I refeed, because I am just curious. Jerome, I am wondering if you have any plans for June? ..Or just continue with the 65s?

I’m so happy you are back. I watched you so much before you left. I have my whys and strategy written down after having knee surgery on 4/2/24 so I am unable to exercise. I’m 5’1” and 245 lbs. I completed my first 36 hour fast and plan to use ADF to lose 100 lbs.

You 'You're 100% right, Jerome. It's not exactly rocket science. The reason you're not dropping a ton of weight is because your refeeds are MASSIVE and your fasts aren't in the 90s anymore. Simple as that. However, as long as you're still losing weight then it's still a W. Keep it up, man.

I love you dude, went 3 months ( 1 eating jelly 2 liquids 3 nothing) had chipotle yesterday got over feeling bad of wanting to eat 2 days in a row, went from 135 to 120 🤙🏽

May 23rd:135.6 Broke fast at 45 hrs/refeed day May 24th:137.0 May 25th:135.6 broke fast at 46 hrs/refeed day May 26th:137.2 I'm officially in maintenance mode. 🎉🎉 I had a stretch where I was stuck at 137.8 like 3 days in a row and then it suddenly dropped to 134. I was nervous at first until it started dropping again. I guess I just have to chalk it up to my body trying to fight the lower weight before finally giving in lol. Your weight loss journey has been awesome to watch and definitely gave me the tips I needed to get back to my goal weight. I love this channel!! 🎉🎉🎉🎉

I've only lost 3 pounds this month (took me 2 weeks to bounce back from a massive refeed) but I've learned to use the zero app it is so helpful to visualize how many hours I am fasting. Fasting has also changed my relationship to food and I am motivated to cook when my stomach takes a break from food and I view cooking as less of a chore and more of something nice for my family.

I'm scared of loose skin so I want to switch to weight lifting but I'm scared not feeding my body protein on lift days will increase the loose skin
