The funny thing is, Luminar (which I also have issues with and made a whole video about a few years ago), had those AI auto selection tools for at least 2 years before the gazillion dollar company I'm working on the next video in this series now that answers a lot of "why" question, but here's a teaser related to masking - Aperture was able to do brush-in on *any* filter 13 goddamn years ago and no popular editing software is able to do it today for some reason Also LrC still doesn't have the "show me edited ones" checkbox even though the upscaled mobile one does? Stay tuned, but there's very little in Lightroom that I don't find unacceptable at this point 🙈

@@MaxRovensky yes but, in my experience, they didn’t work very well. Adobe seems to have nailed accuracy in most situations. I’m not a lover of big companies and love to see the underdog startups win. The best thing going on right now is competition which is spurring some great innovation. I hope you’re wildly successful!
