The last house had the aesthetics however I would be cautious about the gates and bars on every window through the house. That may be an indication that the area isn’t safe

Girl I recently bought a house and it took me almost 7 months to find the perfect house in my price range. Like you, I had made offers and would get rejected or something would happen. But I kept my faith and one day the perfect townhome was put on the market and I jumped right on it and got it!! The whole process was so smoothe I could tell it was God sent. So I say all that to say keep the faith and keep looking girl and one day YOUR house will show up just for you! Good luck! 💜

I liked the 4th house. It was ready move in. But you ask how long they have been on the market and how many offers have they received and why were they turned down, before you make any offer. That way, you who and what you are dealing with. But was glad to see you back out there again. Can't wait to see the next one. Good Luck.

Buying a house is sooo rough. We were going out everyday forever looking at places. I think we put in like 10 offers before we even got considered. And I only got our house now because I offered more than asking( pretty much bluffing, cuz i didn't have the extra money) just knowing it would only be appraised at the original asking price. Then we just crossed our fingers hoping the owner would accept the appraisal amount and he did! Man, it's all a big crazy game. I'm feeling for you girl!

House #1 for the win, the only downside is that there is only two bedrooms for the price, house #2 and #3 looked dated. House number #4 looks beautiful inside and out, but that basement/crawl space is creepy. I love you personality!

2 or 4 was my favorite for you, however God has something really Special for you keep your head up. It's coming...

1. was the best 2, was OK 3. was a straight No😆 the "deck" and "3rd bed room" was creepy 4. was OK too

That's so awesome that you are on your journey to homeownership. I liked all those homes and think they are nice starter homes. I became a homeowner at 25, so I can relate to the ups and downs. Something I wish I knew back then is to look at the crawlspace and foundation. If there is standing water, horrible smells, cracks, or there isn't a proper door RUN! That's a very expensive repair and it won't add equity to your home. I also encourage you to ask your realtor to get you maintenance and service records.

I like a home that enters into an entryway with a coat closet, i dont wear street shoes inside. That is a MUST HAVE for me.

First of all, lemme just say that I’ve been subscribed to you for maybe about a month now, and the background music you be playing in your videos are lit asf. Like, literally EVERY song be a bop and/or a vibe 🙌🏾 I stay using my Shazam app whenever I watch your videos and it’s crazy how many of these artists in your videos are so underrated. But keep looking for the right house. If you haven’t found one yet, it just means that it wasn’t right for you. Your time will come. And keep us posted. 💯

Don’t give up girl! The market is crazy. My husband and I finally got our home after losing a few ourselves. Just keep at it! The perfect one is waiting for you. My favorite house was the 4th one and the 1st one ☺️

2 has a lot of potential and really nice wood floors lol, I haven’t seen past #2 yet but right now at least it’s my favorite, lots of trees, gorgeous yard, an amazing sunroom, I like it a lot

I remember house hunting and it was discouraging! It took four or five months to get one but we couldn’t be happier and this was the house for us!!

I went through the same thing so heartbroken when we didn’t get the first house but God knows where your suppose to be. A better 🏡 is waiting for you!!!!! Look at the “wet” areas for mold and water damage. Look behind the water heater, under sinks, and turn on all water to check pressure and drainage. Good luck Queen😉You got this!!

Girl! Don't give up. For some reason I envision you with a house with two bathrooms. The basement/crawl space looked like a fire hazard. The house with the toilet in the bedroom was definitely a no. 🤷🏾‍♀️

Sure enough when I was ready to get back on the hunt, the home was waiting for me. I had one of the quickest processes and closed within three weeks of the accepted offer. Hated how the owners were following you around. When I was house shopping, i felt so weird in homes where the owner was present.

Number one was cutee but I’d honest since it didn’t have a garage, id take down the sunroom side where the driveway is and make that into a garage !! I mean u already have a deck with that house so u could also make it a sunroom too by building around it u know what I mean?!

Congrats! I like #2 the most. The outdoor deck & sun room make up 4 the small size of the home. The finishes in the 4th house was best.

I am glad you did not get house #4. #3 was out. Too many DIY probably with no codes. Too much work. Too much $$$ to fix. Looks like the garage was converted in a weird way to make it a bedroom. I would question if this house has any C/O, permits. #4 was a no for me. You see all those bars on the windows? That’s usually a sign of people protecting their house from thieves. #1 was my favorite. Small but well designed. Huge kitchen and a pantry. A pantry is so nice. The recessed sitting area could have been closed off with a door/built in shelves wall to make it a walk in closet.

Please don’t give up you’ve got this!!! I’m in expensive af New York City trying time start a home buying journey and although I feel discouraged I live vicariously through your videos/ experiences. You will become a homeowner I believe it!!!!

# 4 was my favorite

Stay in there! I started looking for a house in March. I found three houses that I thought were perfect and was discouraged when I was either outbid or offers without conditions were accepted over mine. I was resigned to waiting until next year to find a house because the market was drying up and it seemed like nothing that met my needs were on the market in June/July. Then a new house came on the market that was even BETTER than the houses I lost, for less money, and it a better area for me. I put an offer in the same day it came on the market and it was accepted the next day! I close on 8/11/20. I’m sooooo exited. This is also my first home. I know you’ll find the perfect home for you. This process can be frustrating with the setbacks, but don’t settle for something you don’t really want to just get in any house. The perfect house for you is out there. It might not even be on the market yet, but it’s yours and I know you’ll get it! 🙂

These prices 😩 where are you located because you can’t find NOTHING in the 100k range in Cali like I literally could buy these homes with cash and have no mortgage because that’s was just a down payment for my home smh

I liked #4. The housing market is definitely a seller’s market right now. Here in Dallas, the inventory is low and there are bidding wars. So I totally understand. Also, just something to keep in mind, a house with lots of trees on the property is great (we have a 1/2 acre lot with gorgeous trees). HOWEVER, they have been the BANE of our existence during really bad storms (high winds, frost, and hail). Branches die and can fall onto your property. So we have to have our trees trimmed at least once a year to the tune of $600-$1000 each time. That’s because many branches actually hang over our house, patio or fence. Just something to keep in mind in case you get storms now and then where you are.

#1 - Very cute for a first home. Lots of land space too. For any home, make sure you want to maintain the landscaping. It can get expensive if it’s something you never use.

I’ve been house hunting for almost a month.... and put in several offers which were all declined :( I believe we’re even looking in similar areas. I am loving your whole series. You are so happy and upbeat, even though I know it must be so stressful. I would be so tempted to buy #4 or #1 because they are adorable, but if I was investing I would actually buy #3, as long as an inspection came back ok. It's not cute (at all) inside, but it's at the lower end of the budget and the bones really aren't bad, plus it has a nice yard. The rooms themselves are large and you could finish them really well however you want. It would need A LOT of work, so it might be too much for a first time buyer, but some of it like painting the paneling would be fast and cheap to do. The larger things you could do over time, and it has the plumbing already done for an extra bath (that weird toilet room could be turned into a huge master bath), which could save you a lot of money over adding plumbing to another house. It also seems like it would be the easiest one to put an addition on the back if you decide to grow your family or a home-based business. I'm sure you will find something perfect for you soon.

I love going house hunting with you and I remember how rough it was buying my first home. #1. Had lots of potential, loved the fireplace, deck & sun room, bathroom was nice - only tile to update to your taste, kitchen was nice but I wish the laundry wasn't off the kitchen. #2. I liked the extra space for the price & the fact that it was brick, plus the deck & sun room of course. #3. No #4. Didn't care for this one very much. It was small & had the highest price, along with the large trees - expensive to remove, only 1 deck, bathroom was nice but I didn't like the small closet for W/D at all, kitchen was just okay - kind of awkward setup and then the bars on the windows...instantly had me concerned for your safety. Stay prayerful (what's for you, is for You), stay encouraged & keep looking.

Yes I think you should look at new builds now and see what they can do for you. It wouldn't hurt, also I loved house number 4. It was so cute!!

I love the spaces on house number 1 & 2, but the cons for me is the electric range and the small closets. Not a fan of number 3 at all. The last house was my favorite in spite of the electric range.
