@kendalltrimble9069 I’m experimenting with full body 7 days a week. But that’s not something I’d recommend to everyone. after 13 years you just wanna start trying new things lol

Loved it! Between bowling, family, and work I barely get any free time to work out. I’m able to get to the gym at least once a week so I take advantage and do a full body workout like what you did in this video. I always work the same areas, but mix up what type of work out I do to achieve it. I.e. for chest I’ll do the dumbbell press one week then regular bench press the next week, etc.. I do get some pushups and pull ups done in between workouts though in the mornings while getting ready for work.

Gotta do what you gotta do! Sometimes at work I’ll find a nice random place to do pull-ups and just bust out 20-30 then get back to work 😂

I only do elliptical or run at the gym. I remodel houses so my workouts include the one ton of demolition load and unload, the break up a 60 year old cast iron tub with a sledge hammer swing, the ab crunch while removing kitchen and sink faucets, the 4 by 8 plywood carry, and the left hand/right hand drywall sanding reps. Twice a week I also do 100-150 bowling ball tosses. Last day I missed a cardio workout was February 19, 2015.

220, are you training for a specific goal? I only ask because you're not going through the full range of motion (specifically on pullups and chest flies) and getting a pre-stretch on the primary mover. I guess it is a modality for TUT. And I realize most people train a specific way for a specific purpose. Not knocking it. Simply asking. P.S. I am NASM certified and have several specializations. Not just a gym bro.

Right now just maximizing time under tension for bodybuilding. If I go any lower on pull-ups I feel the lats lose the tension, and for the chest flies I actually have an injury that hurts a little if I go further back 😅
