I have decided to skip the sugar and see what happens with the body. Why? Because my clothes are sitting tight, and I don’t want to buy new one.

After two weeks I can now fit into my trousers that triggered this change. So, I need to have a new goal, and that is my favorite skirt. As you see I doesn’t fit so let’s see what happened after two more weeks.
Four weeks into my no sugar challenge I can fit into my skirt again. I am very happy for that, and I will continue.
Finally, I have kept doing this for sex weeks and I do feel a difference. I have no sugar cravings anymore and I eat much better. I don’t feel that hungry anymore as my blood sugar level is on a much even level.
I have more energy and I have more patience now and a better temper. So many things feel much better. Finally, I have lost weight, my clothes fit me again.
This is now a habit, and I will continue doing this. And I will give you an update in a couple of weeks again, so please subscribe and keep following me for more videos.

Nice Video cousin Carina. I went on a seafood diet a while back.......SEE food......EAT it! that didn't work out too well, so I tried another method to cut my weight in HALF....I bought a second bathroom scale and put one foot on each scale......WHALA!
