So horror games don’t scare him, these games don’t frustrate him, I’m guessing competitive games don’t trigger him. This guy has all the immunities unlocked
yeah i guess it's because its content. he earns more money doing this over and over than any of us working 8h a day. Those games are not for normal people. just one fail and you lose 30-50minutes of progress doesnt seem fun at all..
To be fair he gets paid while doing it so it's not as bad tbh When I played getting over it it was miserable, but once money was on the line (betting with my friend on who could finish it first) i did like 9 hour straight marathons on that God awful game. Was it worth it the 100$ i won after 5 days? No, but you can endure a lot more with money on the line
I always thought a game dev shouldn't be sent death threat or scrutinized heavily like the the dev of this game did no matter how bad the game was. But after the cheese scene at the end, I am deeply reconsidering my stance on this.
The game forces you to fall back to the beginning if you fall from the cheese btw. It will actively shove you away from every possible thing you can fall onto
The scripted fall is truly one of gaming's most horrifying trolls. I nearly lost all composure when I fell for it. Made the climb to the top worth it tho
I rolled my eyes at another game bent on making you hate everything around you but after seeing some of those close calls, boy this shit has me on the edge
Most people don't, that's the game's quit point, because everything up to that point is "fair-ish" or warns you in advance that it's going to break, but these bi-frost random ass drops when everything else in the game just floats is absolute bullshit, and then the game forces you in an invisible wall tunnel with no chance of recovery. Same shit happened with Asmond.
I saw this asset flip game months ago on a torrenting board and thought to myself "Ah another pile of asset flipping trash wont be seeing anything from it ever again" and I am yet again proven wrong by the sheer power of content farming lmfao
Charlie: I'm not going to risk that. I'm not doing that one, it's too risky. I'm not going whole hog on that one Also Charlie: I have a problem. If I don't do the most optimal route I feel bad
His first time playing this on the second channel was a slog to get through because of how slow and safe the game is, but now I can't help be invested in every fall.
@@zeyadhesham7472 He didn't get to that part on his first run. He ended it when he fell back to the Taxis, which took over 50 long minutes to slog through.
As a person who doesn’t like high places. My heart stops every time Charlie falls down and jumps. Gets me very anxious and freaked out but looks like a fun game
It's a game though I have a crippling fear of spiders Love killing them in games I also hate the sea and large dangerous fish, so I love being a menace and killing said fish and ruining the sea It is just game my friend, fly and be free from realities shackles!
@@noonyabeezniss4911 Well it can still be scary, I mean the only reasons spiders aren’t scary in games is because they tend to stray far from their normal anatomy, so they look like regular monsters, and people still get scared playing subnautica
Im the same in real life, but in this game it seems kinda interesting, not really scary. However Im claustrophobic, and i cant even see a simulation of someone stuck in a small place
Actually the game kinda blew up outta nowhere. It’s got hundred thousand plus viewers on twitch and a top of top streamers have been playing it. Think it only just got it’s western release, or one streamer played it and it spread.
every time he missed a platform at the VERY HIGH altitude, and then LOOKED DOWN when falling, my stomach just SINKS *Is this what people with Fear of heights feels everytime they look down? 0_0* Edit: 17:57 for the Thumbnail moment
seeing the title of the video makes me realize just how unique charlies other videos titles are compared to other gaming channels who overuse "i played this and it was .."
@@noonyabeezniss4911 average lugwig viewer or something,, charlie stands out no matter what anyone says, even if they use the same stuff as him he's been pulling this format way longer than anyone
@@thesilliestaroundguess we will have to agree to disagree as ive seen many titles like this, its nothing special or unique at all hahaha the only thing that makes him stand out is himself, his humour and personality, not his videos, they are really basic and mostly stream rips so not even original content and just recycled with basically no effort
@@thesilliestaround i dont watch ludwig at all, but nice try kiddo jesus you just had to be petty plus what would it matter? mane you are salty hahahahaha, Y Tho?
Only up, the game where a guy said "hey, what should we do with all these stock assets?" "Did you say stack assets" ":O" and then he stacked every all the assets into a halfhearted "game"
Up until now I've only ever seen those top of the top speed runs of this game. Crazy to see how good those people really are if tiny mistakes can lose you so much progress.
I haven’t watched yet but I can’t wait to see the kind old man take a lonely boy Scout on an adventure and make friends with a large bird after his wife dies
He got a gold split on the Muntz boss fight, he did the upwarp which clipped him into a loading zone that let him enter the flying house early, and he even did wife skip, allowing him to completely skip over the level where you attend Ellie's funeral! He had pretty good Kevin RNG in the airship level, but he unfortunately lost some time because Russel and Doug got stuck on a door. Overall, a good run!
Well, getting over it was also a janky mess, and this is basicaly 3D Getting over it, so it's no surprise people are playing it. Also the jank is kinda part of the experience.
@@legeulgetting over it was never janky, it was well designed and polished, i have completed it over 130 times and beat it in just over 2mins and I’m yet to experience the shocking hit boxes this game has.
@@TravisBickle1973 it’s not a master piece, but it is in no way janky, every mechanic works fine and as intended, and every hit box is as it should be.
I love the jumpcut where he was like i'm naughty a naughty boy cause I want to do the cork again to immediately you can't bribe me to do the cork again. 27:46
What's great about this game is that between the massive falls and long treks back up, Charlie has enough time to have an entire character arc based on his internal struggle of whether he should or should not go cork.
