I had the worst bad beat in my phasmophobia history. I walked into house flipped on two lights when they both turned off within seconds. Went to truck figuring it was mare. I see cross in truck burnt. I could have gotten demon achievement of dying in 60 seconds but the truck crucifix range reached into house! 🤬🤬

I don't want to be "that guy" but if you look at the photage when you test for Yurei, before you smudge to trap it inside the the room, the motion sensor blinks twice, meaning the ghost turned around in the doorway and left the room really fast

I have some bad news regarding the Yurei from the Psycho x Lavender collab.... Lavender confirmed that Horror 2.0 is going to be a single patch, not a series of updates like we expected. He also shared that their current roadmap anticipates Horror 2.0 to come out sometime in 2025... So... putting it all together, we're stuck with the lame Yurei until at least 2025... I'd prefer it if they just removed the Yurei from the game until Horror 2.0. The timeline for Horror 2.0 is totally fine in and of itself. The issue is entirely that problems exist now and aren't planned on being fixed until Horror 2.0.

58:44 nah even simplier , keep it as is , put the motion sensor in front of the ghoost room and make it so that when u smudge a yurei , it remains inside of its room and it CANNOT do ghosts events outside of it's room , increasing the rates at which it does ghost events inside of the room instead while the smudge is in effect. So then it works just like a Spirit... u smudge , did he trigger the motion sensor within 1-2 mins ? no = yurei , yes ? no yurei

My idea to fix Yurei Weakness: Yurei have a sensitive sense of smell - e.g. initally its hunt cooldown is normal like most ghosts, but after the 1st smudge its reduced to match the Demon's cooldown. so if it doesn't hunt alot before smudging then suddenly hunts alot after can give stronger evidence its a Yurei while at the same time make it harder to deduce if its a Demon. Hidden ability: Smudging a Yurei drains 20% sanity, if the Yurei is not hunting there is a chance the Smudge will also trigger a hunt.

I would say Mare, Yurei and Goryo are the most annoying ghosts. Mare, because it can hunt in next dark rooms by ghost room. Yurei, because ability is still bugged and sometimes gives you two EMF 2 and ghost doesn't closing door. Goryo, because it's annoying. I think Goryo now like Myling, I mean very active and roamy ghost. The Banshee is easy, you can place a salt in the most far room on the same floor and motion sensor, then wait until it will roam to you. Also Banshee has a bit smaller amount of time for hunting.

I think your videos are better if left uncut for the most part, i like the "boring" parts , i like them so i can better follow how the game develops, if you can i whish you would make less cuts in your videos, but that might just be me Id rather watch a 3 or 4 hrs video rather than the same video but 1 hr long if you know what i mean

Hey insym, could the yurei being forced to walk back into the room its supposed to be trapped in ( 53:53 ) be a way of telling if its a yurei? Like if it consistantly does events and immediately walks back in for example?

I understand the Yurei issue, but why don't you test for Banshee with its roaming ability? It's much more reliable as it spams it: for example, you could go in a room with 2 motion sensors and leave with Banshee if it roams to you 2/3 times (and meanwhile, you can use the paramic)
