🔺 Stir fry sauce (makes 2-3 servings)
1/4 cup water or veggie broth
1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
1/8 cup rice vinegar
1/8 cup maple syrup
2 tsp. grated ginger
1 TBL cornstarch
(Usually I also add a clove of minced garlic, but I was out!)
Optional to make this Daily Dozen compliant: 1/4 tsp. turmeric
Optional if using turmeric: Pinch of black pepper (helps enhance the bioavailability of the curcumin in turmeric)
