On this special Day With Phae video, I try jade rolling for 30+ days! Jade Rolling has gained a lot more traction recently, so I decided to give it a shot. Jade Rolling has been around since the 7th century, originating from Chinese culture. Here’s my honest review on the Herbivore Jade Facial Roller.

Watching a beautiful young girl with not alot of issues idk will help to watch but I have tons of puffiness dark circles and retain so much fluid in my face and I have only used this a couple times and it works! Mine was only $3 at grocery outlet

I use Jade Roller and Ice Roller. I apply fresh aloe vera gel on before I roll my face with either Jade roller or Ice Roller. Give such good results, my pores get really smaller, my skin is so smooth, puffiness goes down, my pigmentation is faded. I don't have wrinkles but Im sure these skincare routine could reduce wrinkles as well. I'm in love with them

I love that you keep it real. Okay I literally bought one a few hours ago and only had my basic skin care stuff on (serum, moisturizer, sun screen) and as I was driving around running errands I was just rolling out of curiosity. My drive for buying this was less outward beauty and more inward because my eyes seem to be puffy, neck glands feel sore, and my throat is like scratchy (allergies much?) most of the time. Fast forward a few hours later and my eyes feel so much less pressure, it made my sinuses drain as I worked it, and my glands are way less sore! That's the most shocking to me. Goes to show my face was retaining a lot of crap I guess. Beauty wise...not sure the last time my eyes looked so rested and my cheekbones looked more contoured! And I definitely agree, it's more about the massage and movement of fluids, less about the "crystal power."

Hi, I've started using spiked and plane jade roller with grapeseed oil+ castor+ almond+ neem oil to prevent infection and pimples, it's been few days and I can see the difference.... subtle changes....like shrinking pores lighting of fine lines....not sure about dark circles yet...but feeling good.😊

I’m pretty sure jade is supposed to break easily? One of Chinese’s beliefs are that when u trip or fall a serious injury your jade bracelet will break and protect u. I’m not rly sure if it’s true but my mom fell in our empty in ground hot tub that’s 6 ft deep and she didn’t get any injuries and her jade broke but idk if that rly counts.

Thank you so much - I have been beating myself up (strangely) over not getting one of these... like I'm not trying hard enough if I don't get one, LOL. It's good to know it's not a miracle worker. I do believe in crystals having healing or magical properties but purely because of what you say - I think they're a captivating object to us human and we find it easy to project on them to awaken a placebo effect.

Ice roller and ground coffee with aloe vera face mask help me with puffiness too and reduce large pores. I had anxiety too and now it's gone, but not sure what heals it I also take salmon oil it's supposed to help with depression and anxiety

I avoid the "Jade"rollers because most likely they have chemical dyes. But I do like the crystal ones, they're very pretty and that makes me feel good to use them on my face. But yeah if you just want to massage your face，a cold spoon works just as well

Before u using this u need to wash it with soap I personally do it in a bowl with warm water and soap and let it chill for 4 hours than I make it into the fridge and the next day I used it and it felt amazing

I just bought it cause it helps with anxiety, it gives you something to do while watching videos, or TV and yes it helps depuff and with circulation but I wonder why it never mentions that it helps with sinus pressure? I think it helps with that more than anything else.

@@walkingbyfaith5504 I bought mine at T.J Max for $12 and I'm glad I didn't buy the one at Sephora. It's not worth the money. It really doesn't do anything in terms of skincare, except the depuffing and that's only if you keep it cold. It really is just about feeling a little better cause it's like a massage. Estheticians say that whatever immediate affect you see is temporary, and dermatologists say to not bother buying it at all. So other than the depuffing in the morning and it helping with sinus pressure, it really is just a fun little gadget to keep busy with.

Fatima Kassim I would recommend to do it when your face is wet because that way you can avoid tugging when it’s dry because of the friction.

Hey there, this is the first video I saw of you...I really enjoyed it. I just bought a Jade roller and wanted to know how people use it. Also, I'm a massage Therapist and you mentioning lymphatic drainage, you are speaking my lingo. You were spot on with that, by the way. Also, when you were showing the motions from top of scalp to the base of chin and from center of neck out, that is a text book pathway for encouraging your lymph nodes to drain. You are basically telling them, follow this direction and they do... it helps release blockages, which is really healthy. Thanks for the great video!

I would say you were right about the crystals. But... I had a physical reaction from obsidian. I felt the negative energy drain from my body in such a way that scared me. Then it cracked on it’s on. Right there just split. Didn’t crumble or anything drastic, but it cracked. Amethyst does make me feel calm. But everyone is different. Just saying my experience.

I didn't think stones helped me until I tried wearing pink kunzite, and had an intense effect. I realized it was preventing me from having panic attacks brought on by other people's negative energy around me. Since then if I am not already wearing it I will put it on when I feel someone having intense angry energy or a panic attack near me, and the feeling will immediately dissipate! Once I felt one and could tell it was coming from someone else, but didn't see anyone. I put the stone on and it worked, and a few minutes later a person came out of a different room of the shop I was at and was saying to their coworker that they just had had a panic attack. Only a few other stones have helped me that intensely so far. Definitely not placebo, since I didn't expect them to do anything, and I can feel the energy difference.

I've only had a jade roller for a few days, so I haven't seen big results in my skin yet...but it is so relaxing! I also keep my roller in the fridge. I have been using a collagen serum and then rolling, but I recently read that collagen particles are larger than our pores so our skin doesn't actually soak it up. I don't know if that's true, though. In case it is, I am looking into purchasing some vitamin C serum to roll on. I also use my roller after I put moisturizer on. Loved your video, subscribing!

Jade is fragile and breaks easily, aventurine contains quartz and traces of mica. It is a bit more sturdy than jade and also has anti-inflammatory properties.

No, in fact most of the ones in stores are reasonably priced and are jade mixed w/ quartz or something to keep the price down. A genuine jade roller would be very expensive.

megan dryden it’s good to use it at warm or room temperature first, like you mentioned, to aid in circulation. Then after the treatment it’s nice to have the cold construction to make sure some blood vessels don’t stay dilated. people with rosacea are prone to that, so it’s best used cold to help dial down the redness and irritation.
