Hello everyone today I'm sharing with you this really easy and delicious sourdough Focaccia Bread Recipe
there are a couple of tips that will deliver a good crunchy from the outside and soft from the inside, open crumbs bread
please do share this recipe with family and friends
Ingredients::
For the Dough:
8.5 fl.oz of water (250 ml) [1 cup]
4.5 oz of ripe sourdough starter
(125 gms) [1 cup] 25% levain
1.1 lb of bread flour (4.4 cups) [500gms]
1 fl.oz of water (30ml)+1 fl.oz of water (30ml) [ to be added later]
8 gms of sea salt (2 tsp)
2 tbsps of olive oil
For the topping::
olive oil
cherry tomatoes 150 gms
3 pods of garlic
red & yellow bell peppers + salt
olive oil and parsley
flaky salt
cheese of your choice
