In my last video while out in LA I fasted for 110+ hours and ate everything under the sun and didn’t have any stomach issues. Didn’t have to go to the bathroom for 7+ hours. It’s not a thing for me. 🤷♀️
I do because I take pooping green tea lol. Got to keep it flowing lol. I don't want to have a heart attack taking a poop or want it sitting in the body for to long.
Just did my first fast. 93.5 hours, then had a two hour refeed. It wasn't anywhere near as hard as I thought, and now that I've eaten I feel absolutely satiated. Just the beginning of my journey, but thanks for the inspiration!
Go ahead Jerome !!! You’re almost in the 140’s so close. You’ll be in the 140’s by next week. So proud of you. Thanks for sharing your journey. I’m going to loss 30 pounds by March 30th
My trousers are down to a size 32 from a 38. I eat a simple Keto-vore meal. and return to 23 hour fasting. I am 5'8 and 165 is about right for me. I may be very close to my goal but I don't jump on the scale anymore excet for every few months. I don't eat everything and stop after one plate of food. Mostly carnivore. No pie or vegtabes and it is a struggle. Thank you, Jerone. Proud of you!
It's so good to hear that you are the happiest you have been in your life!!! You are so close to your goal weight, able to reconnect socially with friends and relatives, you have more energy, etc., who could ask for more?! Keep up the good work. ❤
J Man! I like what you said, non scale victories, great way to also mark success. You've come a long way from fasting to get ready for that wedding so long ago and it's your holistic approach (with experience) that is keeping you in the winning zone. Enjoy that refeed, brother and we are waiting to see one - when you have time😉 Later👍🏾
The process works! Wow! Almost to goal Jerome 🎉 Thanks for posting tonight. Working on 60 right now so your motivation was right on time. You look great! Congratulations 😊
Being fasting for 3 weeks now. Its week before my period. I have craving like crazy today. I took a break for the last 24 hours to eat. Cos I turn to crave food high in protein like eggs, meat, yogurt. To be honest I felt guilty at but now I dont feel guilty anymore. Im just going straight in to my 72 hour fast wit no shame. Thanks for ur videos❤
Like Jerome said…don’t beat yourself up, just try again the next day. Don’t wait until Monday. I heard a quote once and goes like this: Starting to change habits to be healthy are hardest in the beginning because you initially have no results to keep you motivated. This is so true! We have to build our gains slowly, everyday we eat one less unhealthy item is a positive step. A keto tortilla over a whole piece of white bread. A low sugar yogurt with fruit over a donut. Walking 10mins daily, all of these are positives and we have to celebrate them until we get those motivating results! ❤
@@corey338 I'm not you... but if night eating is an issue for you, that is where I'd start. Fix that by setting a time limit and sticking to it and the rest likely will fall in place . Eat well (healthy and enough) when you do eat.
I used to do this too and am now completing rolling fasts with success. Perhaps don't aim for a full fast just yet and try to develop the habit of eating no later than 7pm consistently. Then, when you feel able, try to roll into the next day until you can do 24 hours and then go up from there. You're doing awesome, don't beat yourself up x
Would love to see what a dexascan would have showed at the beginning and current. I say that because the concern that many people will have who watch this is what kind of weight are you losing. The scale is going down but are you maintaining lean mass/ muscle? That is the main concern with long term fasting is are you losing muscle. A dexascan can show some of that.
Amazing I have a question why do you fast for 4 days back to back instead of 72 hr s back to back is it because it is little bit easier at la end of the fast thank you Jerome.
Just one question for you. Although I experienced incredible results when I tried water fasting four years ago, I find it very difficult to begin water fasting again at this time. I can not start over because of my binge eating disorder. I make numerous attempts.
I suffer with BED too. Take the small steps. Build the good habits. One day at a time. One step at a time. I talk about a lot of this during my livestreams. Keep me posted on how you’re doing or reach out if you need anything!
Congratulations on your journey ? I lost 53 pounds on watermelon fast I’m down to 304 I want to know when I start water fast should I do the 4 days cold turkey I have did a 72 hour fast one time years ago n when I’m hungry just drink water till I’m full right
@@DoyouwannabeCARGUY That would be personal to each person. Sadly, I have been maintaining being over 40# for years so I have maintenance to a point. As I move through my fasting journey, I intend to continue fasting 1-2 days a week for health and cleansing. My maintenance has been achieved through emotional healing and a whole foods low carb eating plan. I also have celiacs so it does help that I can’t eat a standard diet. For people that are consistently overeating and don’t get that sensation of being full, a long term fasting lifestyle may be the solution. I have 2 friends that have gone up and down 90+ pounds. Both say they don’t get the sensation of full. The one lives a fasting lifestyle now. She’s struggled a long time until she made this choice. She’s a natural weight now so I guess the answer for some is yes. God bless
@@debclair822 It was nice to hear your success from fasting and that not getting sensation is real for me. So i think i should consider fasting as a tool for weight loss, what do you think what will be the ideal length of fasting will be good for me while also sustaining it. Im a 17 y/o female
