I think even if people are single by choice but want to be affectionate with someone or like touching is never a problem. The best thing is to ask and make a plan about what your intentions are.
Ive been falsely accused before, very scary situation to go through considering you know you didn’t do anything wrong. Mental health is a serious problem today. I wish sexual assault upon nobody. It is completely awful. I feel bad for anyone who has actually been sexually assaulted. What a terrible situation for people who truly go through that. But on the other side of things. There’s a lot of people who will go out of there way to ruin someone’s life just for shits and giggles which is disgusting and diabolical
Same. I just started talking about it myself. It happened at the high school I went to, and no one was in a classroom I was in, and someone did this to me. I told my school, and they told the local police, but idk what’ll happen. Kinda scared to take it to court tbh.
There's no such thing as a date rape. You're going on a date with someone it's at your own risk. Why? Because consent can't be proven in court! What if she said yes and now she's still suing me for rape? It is shameful to hear a lawyer saying that the only difference between legal sex and rape is the consent of an uttered word...
