I just recently purchased the white with matte top and it’s all he says it is. LOVE this driver, and thanks for the video, it helped me decide to buy it and oh boy I’m glad I did.
I just purchased a F9 over the holiday for $280 brand new so I’m not too envious of this... yet. However what I like about it is the extra “protection” around the crown and bottom so that when your buddy tries it out, they don’t damage it from their “bombs away” attempt.
LOL. I got tested!!! My income is too low for new driver consideration. So I got fitted with 2019 drivers. Everyone wants longer distance with more forgiveness. After trying 5 drivers and several standard shaft combinations, the F9 provided the best results especially considering the current sale prices. I liked the sound of my Cobra AMP over the new carbon fiber clubs; however, the AMP is much heavier and smash factor not as good as the newer releases.
Alex, thank you for the most excellent videos! I’m a relatively new subscriber, but have watched dozens of your videos now. Let me say, factually, they are: informative, unbiased, funny, entertaining, refreshing and just an absolute pleasure to watch! I’ve had the F9!for about a year, and have been very impressed. I recently bought the Cobra SZ seeking even further improvements. I’ll circle back after some representative on-course testing to share my opinions and results. Keep up the great work, and thank you again for the magnificent videos!!

Finally a reviewer who doesn't blame the products for his own bad hits! I've got a used SZ driver enroute from the USA, listed as "mint ". It's going to replace my King F7. Will the performance be noticeable?. My fingers are crossed. I've enjoyed my F7. Loved your review of the T rails!
Got tested. Looks like this driver added 30 yards to my drive and lowered my cholesterol by 50 points. I'm no expert, but I believe Cobra drivers are part of a healthy vegan diet. Going forward, would appreciate seeing these numbers included in your testing 🍎.
My 14 year old nephew blew this driver head up after about 100 swings , the weld in tje back of the driver head is where it blew up do to the face causing to much pressure when it trampelines so cobra is refusing to replace it as they said the driver was misused when it was not
Yes, I have been waiting for this review and it was worth the wait. I can't wait to see this on some toe to toe comparisons. Great video, looking forward for some more. I also like that Cobra didn't raise the price.

I moved to this driver as of 2 weeks ago, and I've been doing nothing but slicing. I got the stiff shaft because I swing 100 plus mph. I 've been using a 12 yr old Taylormade Superfast Burner and never had these major slicing issues prior. I think that had a somewhat flex shaft. Maybe I just need to get use to it and work on closing the club face more?

Broke after 1 year. I'm 56, swing slowly, and only play about 25 rounds a year. Purchased the Cobra King Speedzone Driver in Feb 2021. Yesterday the top shell came off. On Hole 3 my playing partner said it sounded funny. On hole 4 the top shell went further than the ball. Find out the warranty is only one year so I'm out of luck by 2 months. Don't buy
Honestly Al, why don't you go to Q-school to try for the Australasian tour. You would dominate the tour with your distance and short game! I would honestly go to watch you every tournament.
i found speedzone way more consistent than f9 not even close. honestly ive compared extensively the speedzone to m5 epic flash sz and 917d2... not only are the numbers more consistent the shape and traj of the shots seem to be better as well. f9 with the weight in the front had the best number but was not consistent at all...weight back too high spin. speedzone weight forward more consistant than f9 but what is great is with the weight back it is uber forgiving with hardly any spin increase unlike most drivers. ive actually got an 18 gram in the back and im still at 2650 spin. vs about 2500 spin weight forward. not worth giving up forgiveness. Just ask ping....
I can't afford a new driver every year. Had I bought the f9 last year I would be miffed I couldn't buy this model (it looks fantastic) therefore I would wait to buy 2020 model only to be miffed that I wouldn't buy the next years 'better' model...following on with this strange phenomenon, my conclusion would be I would never buy a new driver 😭 P.s. How can you say its a better driver than F9 without doing a compare between the two? You might think it feels better or looks better, but to say its better you gotta show us some numbers.
Mange Larsson what’s better to you? Feel for me with this driver is BETTER, looks for me are BETTER - making this for me... guess what: BETTER! Pretty sure I mention multiple times that I need to test this regarding numbers - maybe you missed that part?
@@alexetchesgolf No, I heard you, just tired of some of you RU-vid testers stating "this driver is better than last years model" when the fact is its not. Drivers are pushed to the limit of whats legal. Drivers arent gonna be "better" performance wise anymore, just different when it comes to feel and looks.
