Billy, I’m sorry you had to go through this but I don’t regret loving this movie as a little children 💀 but the reason the budget seems so back and forth is because they actually spent a good portion of their budget on the cameos and stuff. There were quite a few famous names from that time (like musical groups and stuff) and the actual musical performances. Now that I’m an actual adult, I feel like a live action bratz should have actually been more adapted from the actual show.

I went to an arts high school, and no one was segregated the way teen movies like to show. Yeah, everyone had their friend groups but it was never based on who was nerdy and who was popular. I honestly don't think anyone in my school was the "queen b" or the "big jock". No one gaf who you were or what you did. We went to class, hung out with friends, excelled in our arts, and went home.

I'm sorry but the soundtrack to this movie is so good and this was one of my favorite movies when I was a kid. 😭 I still rewatch it every few years or so. You had to be a Bratz type of person back in the day to truly appreciate this, and I will stan this movie forever. However what you should watch is an animated Bratz movie. They are HILARIOUS! My favorite is Bratz Forever Diamonds.

This movie came out in 2007. We barely sold any tickets when I worked at the theatre, but I do remember 1 old guy sitting in the theater watching it. He didn't even buy a ticket. I'm friends with most of my high school friends. We've been friends for about 17 to 20 years. Deaf people can totally hear music, or at least the vibrations. Beethoven was deaf, he chopped the legs off his piano so he could feel the music on the floor.

I WAS OBSESSED with this movie growing up! It was definitely only catering to a specific demographic - little girls who want/own the dolls 😂& say what you want about this movie but the costume design/styling is ON POINT. It just SCREAMS Bratz/2000s fashion and the Bratz are supposed to be the most fashionable girls around so it make sense they'd dress trendy (for that time period)

I did indeed watch this movie when it came out in theaters and thought it was awesome. I then got the DVD and watched it almost everyday. But I will admit I always thought the girl who played Chloe looked like she did not want to be there. lol

To be fair, I think it was the script. Chelsea Kane who you refer to the fake Sharpay was actually great in lovestruck the musical in 2013, an ABC family movie. Dancing and singing, no cap. I liked the bratz movie more when I was a kid, now almost 30 the music is cringeeeee for 90% of it…some good parts tho…the finale song wasn’t that bad… still can’t tell it that was Yasmin’s real voice or not.. 🤨 Yeah def watch the cheetah girls, tho I really mostly care for the first two movies, really only watched the 3rd just once to see it and for Chanel’s character since raven left.

Hey Billy, I went to school in South Africa, and while many schools did have cliques and hierarchy, my school didn't, so everyone essentially hangout with everyone and popularity wasn't a big thing with our school, mainly because the "cool" kids were really nice people. But, to answer your question, I was a loner who was never left alone... for some reason, I was alway surrounded by people. I came to terms with it and ended being the quiet kid who was mainly there to keep common sense in the group, despite being the youngest, (I was the youngest in the entire grade). And as for whether I'm still friends with my classmates from high school; yes, yes I am... and I wouldn't trade them for the world. P.s. I really didn't like the bratz movie when it came out and I still don't, but I absolutely adored the Bratz cartoon series and the Baby Bratz series!

In my high school we didn't necessarily have special places for different groups. Everyone kind of hung with their friends and sometimes the whole class would be by a tennis table we had on the schoolyard or chilling in the grass. Otherwise we'd go out to the supermarket around the corner from our school. We only had about 5000 kids in our school, so we were pretty small as well. Me and my friends had a few different places on where we'd sit. Sometimes we'd be outside by the tennis table or in the cafeteria by the stage or the football table. Other times we'd go into town and grab lunch at a small bar or maybe spend it in one of our classrooms. There was this teacher who would give students like a pastry and something like hot chocolate if they'd help her clean up the classroom. Then there was a few times I'd have to go to detention in the biology classroom with my bio teacher because I was playing games or doing Buzzfeed Quizzes during his classes 😅 (detention was really fun with him though. I was like 16/17 years old back then and he was 22/23 and he'd always tell me to do homework first, but after a few minutes we just ended up watching Netflix on the big screen (both of us really like How I Met Your Mother, Friends and Boy Meets World) or we'd be cleaning the classroom just kind of dancing around and singing to 70s, 80s and 90s music)

My school was definatly seperated- but it was based on what you did; choir/theatre, each sport, band, Pokémon card players, etc. I sat with the choir and theatre kids which was a mix of a ton of jocks, needs, loners, and such.

I still have most of my best friend group from my freshman year of high school to graduation (six years ago). Three of which we frequently call on the phone but throughout the week we still have the same group chats and messages in it almost every day. I think it helps that we we're each multiple "clique" people. I was drama, writing, film, and sports and most of them were also into all of those and anime as well. So made it easy when most in those cliques only didn't understand the flip sides of us and like to make us feel weird for those interests. While we each have different interests and we're all changed over the years there is that history and comfort that has never changed. Plus we're funny as all hell.

My high school had cliques but not the way the Bratz film made it. It honestly cracks me up that the cliques all freak out because the Bratz want to sit together. I didn't know anyone in school who was concerned about where you sat and who you sat with.
