@@eriktenhag2022 Based on the difference between 65 and 70 it's not the car was wrong, it was driver mistake. If the i20 driver take the 70 as close as he did the 65 he not hit any of them.

They updated their Revotron 1.2 L engine, now its T-GDI and not MPFI. Soo we can expect it to perform well and be efficient too🔥

@@yashasshetty3841 i think tgdi is for Nexon but for altroz they r give higher state of tune for same engine.... But still I think Mahindra tgdi would be better than Tata for sure

But the altroz engine is not good, its a MPI(multi-port injection) and not a DI (direct injection) and its not at all refined. I know because I own Altroz XZ plus Dark i-turbo😅

@@saswatapaladhi4608 No Hyundai's U2 diesel is much smoother more reliable and over all much powerful at 100hp and 250nm also the car is similarly priced at 11 L to altroz ex showroom also its 6speed vs altroz diesel 5speed (90hp 200nm), altroz or any tata car uses Fiat sourced diesel engines. Now lets come to petrol: See Direct injection engine is new tech, MPI is old but very trustworthy. We usually tune cars to produce more power but with MPI its not much gain with power, even if you get it up to a safe tune level of 120hp 175nm(same tune as nexon as nexon has the same engine) it will eat the clutch coz nexon is 6speed and altroz is 5speed, but more than 120 HP will be problematic as it's a MPI engine. Buying an altroz is a decision made with mind and not heart. it's superb highway car with excellent stability and ridiculously good handling, but don't expect polo like enthusiastic feel. It's a practical car and not a drive only car, best of all is it's a five star rated car so basically what your looking at is a great Highway car with excellence safety. in simple words, it's a safe family car with great build quality and reasonably good power to do safe overtakes. It is jack of all trades. Master of none. Great overall car. But definitely not a sports car. if you want some enthusiastic, driving, then buy I20 N line(14lakhs On road almost very expensive but good) but if you want to buy a under 11Lakh on road car which is practical , safe, great handling highway cruising buy Altroz petrol turbo (i get 21-24kmpl on city/sports mode and @80kmph set on cruise control on highway)

So the n line got beaten fair and square by stock altroz 😂

Even a swift with garbage quality has good sales. That doesn't make it the best car in the segment
