Milk - 1 cup
Sugar - little more than 1/2 cup
Milk powder - 1 cup
Thick cream - 1 cup
Mango pulp - 1 large
1. Extract mango pulp from mango.
2. Put milk, milk powder, sugar, thick cream and mango pieces into a blender.
3. Blend smooth.
4. Transfer to a container and cover with cling wrap
5. Ensure the cling wrap adheres firmly to the ice cream surface, do not press too hard.
6. Freeze for 5 to 6 hrs.
7. After frezing for 5 to 6 hours, remove the cling wrap and transfer the ice cream to a blender.
8. Blend smooth.
9. Transfer to the same container for further freezing.
10. Seal the edges with the cling wrap again and freeze for another 3 to 4 hours.
11. Allow the ice cream to sit at room temperature for 5 to 6 minutes before scooping.
12. Enjoy.
