"An assassin meets his match."
During production on season 4 of Cinemax's Banshee in Pittsburgh, the stunt team took a weekend to shoot a short film with the help of the inimitable Hoon Lee (Job). The short also features Justin Eaton (Antony Starr's stunt double). It was directed by Dave Macomber (Matt Rauch's stunt double) with cinematography by Mike Wilson (stunt double for Ulrich Thomsen), and was Executive Produced by Banshee's stunt coordinator, Marcus Young.
We had a great time making it -- thanks for watching!

he DID... it was called Banshee... he OWNED the show... though some crazy folks might say the CO STAR was even better.. think Anthony Star played some guy named Luke Hoody or something like that

It was so many dope characters from banshee. I hate that it ended. It was a really good show and I don't know why it ended so abruptly.

Funny story why it ended. Antony Starr (Lucas Hood) said it was exhausting to do an action show. Too much training and keeping in shape. Then a year and a half after the show ended he auditioned for "The Boys." Which he had to bulk on 20 lbs of muscle. Lol.

It does get a bit unbelievable S1/2 of Banshee were cool. The last two seasons it was just kung fu all the way because everyone was so 'leveled up'. not much suspense in that

Well Done! This is Great! So Cool that you guys got to do this while working on the show. When you do another one...just so you know...At 5'9" and hovering at 165 lbs...I'm a very wiry guy & am pretty certain I could have taken these two to the mat pretty quickly. What??? You don't believe me? As well you shouldn't. Seriously though...Really enjoyed that. Interesting to see Job as just a regular Badass. Hoon Lee should be working all the time!

Sound effect miscue - when the last cartridge was ejected from the handgun, the sound was that of a spent shell hitting concrete (a ringing type of sound) rather than the sound of a complete round (more of a clunk, because the powder and the bullet keep the brass case from ringing). (I spent most of my day at the range, and heard a few hundred of my cases hit the concrete - I'm pretty sure I know what it sounds like.)
