I bought this (32 gb) knowing that I would have install an app... Thus I expected a few difficulties to install but nothing impossible. I WAS WRONG-INCREDIBLY EASY TO USE. I INSTALLED THE APP IN LESS THAN 1 MINUTE. I should have purchased the 128 gb

I can be formatted as Fat32. It’s a flash drive so you can format it as NTFS, MacOS, Exfat, Wbfs, etc

How do I move music from iTunes to the flashdrive?

You can copy it using regular copy past, but, the music won’t be managed as a part of iTunes or Music library app. This device isn’t a companion to iTunes/Music because you’ll still need to copy the music to the video to have those app manage it natively.

I've had a few of these drives and use them almost on a daily basis. It'll transfer all video files, however, it has its own proprietary software to play movies. I have a LifePro case on my ipads so I use extenders to plug my drives in. My first two lasted over a year, before the iPad stopped recognizing it. Still works as a flash drive though. I recommend the 64GB unless you have a lot of movies or photos. The newer models are a bit larger and if left plugged in to a computer too long they do heat up a bit, but so do my other brand flash drives. I like the idea I don't have to go out and spend a lot to expand the memory of my Apple product.

Thanks for sharing the information about Idiskk USB. I have a question unsolved: I need to transfer the files from the IDiskk USB to an external hard drive. I have been unable to do it. :-(

I have not seen an external hard drive that has a female USB port. When I transfer to my external drive I plug the drive to the computer and plug the iDiskk to the computer. They show up as separate drives in which I then transfer files from one to the other.
