It's the worst ARPG I played, agree. But somehow got used to the controls, the story is still boring and the gameplay is mediocre. For me the aiming worked, most of the time. But as soon a second character or you summoned a spider, auto-aim didn't work anymore. Dying is super easy, especially with the witch, where the first hit kills you. After all, it wasn't the worst, but not the best. If I think about games like Loki, I guess it's better? Loki had a much more messed up control and there was no rebinding.
Thank you for the review. I've been playing this game for the last couple months on and off trying to get all achievements. It has been a horrendous experience. I didn't get any of the story, the combat is awful, the skills are broken, etc... Thank you for your review, I'll uninstall the game for now before I go insane.
Pretty much most of these early 2010s (yeah we are that old at this point) games that tried to be the thing diablo was did not had any of the excitement of the combat, engaging gameplay, interesting world and items or any personality of their own. I unfortunatly own this game and yeah it is kinda terrible.
