Love this video. 1. Do you feel seen? 2. Do you feel sexy? 3. Do you feel safe? My man has these 3 qualities. But to add to list, he's honest, and loyal and faithful. I have a keeper. I knew it from time we first met. He immediately felt like 'home'.
My man is definitely a keeper ! He has all these qualities and even more . One thing he does that makes me know he is a keeper , is if I ever say I need more of anything . Affection , attention , date nights etc . He makes a special attempt to fulfill my wish without saying a word .

I’ve been a single parent/person for so much of my life that I have always felt that I’ve had to be the one to keep me safe, the strong one and do everything on my own. Thank you for this. I was young when I found out I had breast cancer, not even 30yrs old. My cancer was extensive and my surgery was brutally disfiguring but it saved my life. My husband at the time was not supportive at all. I won’t go on but even though I knew it was a life saving procedure it is so difficult to find that self esteem again and to try and feel sexy. I am lucky. I am still here. I now have grandsons to enjoy and I have recently found a great guy that is loving and caring and YES he thinks I’m beautiful and sexy. You are so 100% right in this video. Thank you for this message for all of us. And thank you for that reminder that sexy comes from within.

Just started dating a new guy, but noticed he is very conformable with me, its like we went from kind of friends to a couple in a week. When he hangs around my place, I've noticed that if he uses the bathroom he leaves the door open, and if he goes for a walk with me, he takes my hand and doesn't let go until we come back and we head up the stairs to my place. He also randomly gives me kisses on the forehead which I find adorable.
Why is he even at your place if you've only known him a week or so that's so dangerous you don't know him at all at this stage only how he's presenting himself.. please be careful
As a woman, making me feel SAFE is the biggest quality that tells me if he is a good guy and a keeper! There is no sexy or seen quality without 100% Safety quality because if I dont feel safe I wont speak and open up and I will be searching for the exit sign!

If I had any doubts before about my special person, they’re all gone now. If we’re in a group setting and I haven’t said anything in a while, he will notice and ask if I’m okay. He’s called me beautiful and sexy and super cute several times. And we had a deep conversation about how he makes me feel safe.

Sunday morning I woke up and could hardly walk. My legs were swollen I could bend my knees while I was having terrible pain. I told my man later. I said I am having trouble walking. I started on medication that day. I called him after I went to the doctor. We said hi our normal conversation. The first thing he said was what did the doctor say. So I told him. We talked awhile. I am not great but I am a little better. I knew after he asked me what did the doctor say that he does care about me even now when I can hardly walk. Thank you for another great video.

Ah rats. In my marriage I feel seen, sexy and safe maybe 20% of the time, give or take. I wouldn’t usually do this, but I wonder if any of you ladies in Matt’s community who are reading this, and who pray, would mind praying for my marriage? I decided earlier today to give it a year, really give it a good shot to see if there are some solutions to the problems we are facing. He’s not intentionally cruel, but I feel that my spirit is being broken a little more each day, and I am just falling apart. He also really listens when I speak and wants to understand everything about me. I’m so grateful I’ve met him. it’s still pretty new but I’ve never been treated so great.

My ex narc didn’t want to “see” me. When I came home with new baby, he hurrried out of room if I needed to nurse the newborn. He said nothing, but left me hurt and sad. I let it go.

Great Content! And speaking of “Communication…” Communication is definitely key in any type of relationship - without it, a lot of relationships tend to fail. If you can’t effectively communicate with your partner, especially when it comes to how you’re feeling, or what you may need, that could be detrimental to your relationship. And if this issue is not dealt with, it’s just a matter of time before someone starts looking outside of the relationship for ways to meet their needs - and we all know what that could lead to!
