It still feels new after 3 months . I wake up in sadness everyday but trying to be positive because I deserve the world. These videos have been comforting me deeply when nobody else understands the pain.

No contact does work guys my ex gf ended our 3yrs relationship and i begged and cried for about a week , tried no contact for 7days then break it. I came back to this channel for guidance and now I’ve been in no contact for 4 week guess what…. she just contacted me i feel so happy and am going to apply what I’ve learned from coach Lee. Don’t give up guys there’s light at the end of the tunnel.

More than a month in no contact and it feels fucking good. Move on guys. There is a world waiting for us. We all deserve better. We all have got golden opportunity to develop ourselves.

He left me a week ago. First 2 days we stayed in contact. Then I found Coach Lee’s videos and stopped replying to his breadcrumbs. He eventually sent me an “I miss you” text after 2 days NC, bc he was feeling I was slowly detaching myself… I replied “you’re the one who broke up with me” and he said “yes I know”. Unless he follows this up by an “I want you back”, then it’s radio silence from me! Listening to Coach Lee made me realize… begging for someone to stay is betraying yourself. I will never lower myself to this level ever again! Have dignity & respect for yourself! That is the most attractive thing you can do❤️ We can do this!!!

Been almost 4 weeks nc for me. Last night was the hardest one yet. Part of me wants her back and part of me wishes I can just forget she exists. It hurts but I know this is the best thing no matter the outcome. The breakup brought clarity and I know not to make the same mistakes as before in my next relationship, whether it's with her or eventually someone better. First day, of no contact is the hardest a lot of emotions, fifth day, you feel a lot wanting to contact questioning yourself, tenth day, you start to have some clarity bit of a breakthrough clouds are breaking, fifteenth day, analyzing the relationship but also the sun is starting to shine through a little, twentieth day, put your shades on so much sun in your view, and ten days after yeah you still think about it because you loved them so much but you realize how much of a better person you are without them. Everything is a process and during this time its like grieving just endure it and love yourself the way you want it reciprocated back. Coach Lee there are coaches out there that I listened to some contradict themselves on what they say. I listen to you and you seem to have so much more knowledge then everyone else. I talked to you about a year ago when my break up first happened and I didn't really listen. Year later I see that I messed up and I lost her. My point to you is I believe in your words I just wish I'd listened a year ago. And I'm sure people listen to you they will understand what to do. Keep helping people because being dumped by someone you love sucks.

Thanks to your videos I’ve been in such a better place, my ex and I broke up about 7 months ago I went into no contact for the second time back at the end of August. She contacted me in October and I ignored her because I didn’t want her to think she could have me back that easily. Just last weekend I saw her at a funeral and paid no attention to her and my God I looked really good and felt really good and she was there with her current boyfriend, just last night she followed me on another social media account. Now I feel like I’m a better person and I’ve moved on significantly but no contact seriously works, listen to coach!

No contact has been pure agony for me so far. With any other girl it would've faded after a couple of weeks, but I am only recently getting brief periods of... just relief from the pain but by comparison it feels better than orgasm. This is even with having lost 20 pounds, put on a bunch of muscle and started improving my financial situation. I moved to a new city recently where she is the only person I know..... So I have nobody to lean on. And it's difficult to feel good about my improvements because I can't show them to her right now...... All of this to say the only thing keeping me from cracking and breaking no contact is watching these videos. Great video! A week or two ago, I found myself pursuring this women who had became distant with me. I knew I shouldn't have been, but I had a moment of weakness and corrected myself. I had made an invitation with her to spend time with me. She said okay. A few days later, I told her it felt forced, and it's not the way I'd want it. I rather have her come to me when she knows for sure she was ready not when I'm trying to force things. I doubt I will ever hear from her again, but hey. Atleast she knows I respect her, and I have enough respect for myself to walk away and not take her bread crumbs.

I wish i would have found your videos before i made the mistakes i made, we had a very strong relationship before with no problems, she was suoer romantic we treated each other very well so i think this will work if i stop contacting her anymore from now on, i said to her pretty much everthing i needed to say to her so now is the perfect time, i still can't believe the person who could not live without seeing me is having no problem wow but it's probably because she knew i would reach out like i always do and give her that ego stroke, she does like being in control and hates the feeling of not being in control, you have turned the tables for me. I'll keep you updated, I'm giving it 4 months since i was reaching out every 2 to 3 weeks or so. Thanks again and keep this advice going.

Valentine’s Day is upon us. I’m doing the no contact rule but after 4 years of saying I love you this will be a hard one for me..

Your videos always empower me during the difficult time, I went thru my desperate time. Now i'm trying to forget abt him for now and improve myself 🔥

I feel like I've completely messed up! I begged, I pleaded. Every time we spoke I offload my pain and hurt, asking why he didn't care or why he didn't love me. I literally did all the "donts". We broke up 4.5 months ago, it was an awful time. We stayed in touch almost daily but the interactions werent nice. He wasnt nice a lot. Telling me he didnt love me. Leave him alone, but then would reach out asking me to game with him. Then another day blocking me, or telling me again he didn't miss me or love me. Unblock me and repeat the cycle. 3 weeks ago, he asked to "build" and i agreed, and i got WAY to ahead of myself, too excited. The first week went well. He was like a different person, he was affectionate and complimentary. However, it was still ME who arranged the times we met. I then pulled back on week two, and he never tried to see me. I got in my head and became overbearing over the course of 4 days. Asking why he wasn't trying, why he was avoiding me. I recognised i did wrong (bare in mind we broke up because i was begging him for him to spend time with me, affection) He moved in with his mum and for a week it was almost like it was from the excitement if a new home, regardless I apologised for being paranoid. I communicated that i was fearful of him pulling away or losing him, and I implemented change instantly. But now he says we are done forever. He said he isn't trying anymore. He doesn't think we are compatible anymore. He then starts the nastiness again after saying he was scared to lose me, and he valued what he lost. I said I'd come and speak to him instead so that it wasnt over text, and we could talk, and he started threatening me to never go to his house or he would escalate it. I get hes mad and wants me to leave him alone. But that scared me. Seeing him threaten me like that. In these months i have chased, there was a time he told me his mental health was so bad and i knew he had no one else and i called the gp for him and went to the appointments with him because i was so worried about him. I supported him and put aside my own hurting. I love him a lot and if we were ABLE to just communicate. We'd truly be fine. I just.. i worry now that hes truly done. He blocked me on eveything he has (he doesnt have social media) and one of the days i noticed he unblocked me on snapchat for an entire day and then blocked me again. I'm 29, and he's 38. We were together 11 years. He says he doesnt like this version of me. That he doesnt trust things will change. Im really confused how hes managed to put this entirely on to me. He said i dont make him happy or bring him peace because obviously the last few days of talking i was crying and hurting. He then said im ruininh his life and dont contact him. That was the last ive heard from him. He has been nasty with words before. But i dont understand how weve gone from "building" and him being so kind and sweet and everything we spoke on. To this, again. It's like we are back to when he first ended with me. I've not reached out in any way. Im on day 4 of not contact. 😢😢

hello Coach Lee! I found your Videos just today and they are really giving me hope. The thing is , i only found videos about break ups... i think my BF and i are having a break but it certainly feels for my heart like a break up... He doesnt see a future with me anymore but said that he just wants time alone. We are having a long distance relationship (3h by car) and are together since 7 y. I have Borderline so i know i gave him lots of hard times ..he said he often feels not valued at all by me but often i never notice that i'm like that. it's often when i think everything is ok, that he then says that he's unhappy in the relationship... so now he took the step and wants distance and a break... i'm planning on doin it like you say and have no contact with him. The only fear i have is that he will like being alone and tell me in a few weeks that he prefers it that way. the thing is he hasnt said a thing about organizing ourselves to get my stuff from his place and vice versa. my fear is constant that when we talk again together that he will adress this .... so i'm worried if the break will cause the opposite of making him miss me...that he will actually like being alone and not hearing from me. Its been 3 days of no contact and it has been rough. I'm trying not to break so I been watching your videos for encouragement. My ex-girlfriend is really jealous and kept assuming I had a thing for her friend which was totally false. So eventually her jealousy was just too much that she eventually dumped me for no reason other than the fact she was really insecure. I really love her, miss her and want her back badly. I keep thinking about her constantly and it is starting to effect my daily life. I feel if it wasn't for her past relationships were her exes actually cheated on her, she would not be so jealous. So hopefully no contact with her will help her heal and realize that I was loyal and faithful to her. I can only pray at this point.

Excellent advise coach Lee. I wish i would have seen your content sooner. Maybe if you see this comment you can tell me what you think of my situation and perhaps help others on the same boat. I dated my girfriendfor 2 years, known her for almost 3. I took her for granted and recently we started to pull apart. this build up anger inside of me and even insecurities . finally on October 28th we had a real big fight where i said some really hurtful things that i really regret, i know i hurt her, i was selfish and really immature. we did not talk for a day and after i realized i was wrong i tried to apologize only to find out she had blocked my number ,my text messages , facebbok, instragram , basically every avenue to contact her was erased. I panic and went to her house to see what was happening . no answer at all . finally that day i get a text saying " i heard you loud and clear , you have said some incredible hurtful things that cannot be taken back , no im not doing ok but will time i will be , i hope you find what you are looking for , please stop contacting me , take care" this broke my heart, i know no relationship is perfect and mine wa not , but it i wasn't horrible either i didn't think she would be able to go cold turkey on me . i never got dumped over a text . i then send flowers to apologize , let a week go by followed by a letter with no response , waited another week another letter with no response. finally i went to look for her in person, i found her and her reaction to see me was of anger, i was shocked . it was almost as if she didn't know me and looked at me like i was the worst human being on earth . i then realized it was time to step away. Then i watched your video only to realize i had failed at trying the no contact rule , which in my case i cannot avoid because im blocked everywhere. its December 12 today and i started your no contact rule 14 days ago. its been extremely difficult . we had a trip planned in December which is obviously canceled. i been working on myself and i i have acknowledge my mistakes still working on them to try to improve . my question to you is . After all this couple of months and considering i didn't do no contact for the first 30 days by sending those letters , do you think the no contact rule will have any impact at all? i watch the video if you lover her let her go , it was a mind opener. i do wanna fight for her by giving her the space she deserves and i know i can commit to no contact , given my situation what are you thoughts.? cheers and thank you!

I have decided to diarise my no contact and with each passing day i write what i feel and i put on paper what i want to say to him without actually saying it to him. I get to express how and what i feel in that moment even if i write whole day. It helps me alot. After my first day of no cantact he reached out to me and told me he thinks of me everyday and he wants me to be safe when im travelling and i simply replied with a " thank you" so that he knows i acknowledge that he still cares and i left it there. But still applying my no contact rule... Thank you coach Lee you're really helping me cope through this very difficult time in my life. Most days it feels i am suffocating cos this pain in unbearable.. But i know things will get better for me ❤️

Listen to this, it seems like you have power to change something if you just say the right thing but it’s not about convincing the other person, it’s about becoming best you. Stop thinking you gotta save it, it’s a very one sided task. Don’t make rash decisions or reach out too soon

If you don't contact them they will reach out to you. It may be 3 or 4 months but they will call...Where I messed up at was ..I made myself available once he reached out to me...Dont be available all the time..don't ever call them..cause just like lee said..they will think they can come and go as they please..don't make yourself available the first time that they reach out.

I'm grateful though, to have had it for the 17-months, that we did. - everything happens gradually then suddenly... - I want escape, but not too much escape, like getting high, because it triggers my childhood fears, of needing to be hypervigilant and on high-alert - children make everything about themselves, adults still do the same (very erroneous) - I'm better without him because I want TRUE LOVE, THE REAL THING. THE FULL MEAL DEAL. he's better without me because he wants 100% focus on his businesses and moving off-grid. ultimately, eventually: we'd just be in each other's way... - NO MORE: Victim mindset - NEVER talk shit about myself - stop comparing self to others, put self on a pedestal - stop taking shit personally, he has his wounds and traumas and insecurities, too! - standards and boundaries - inner child healing - prioritize self - be how you would be as a confident person - be in alignment - don’t make him the dictator, or I'll lose my power and became his slave... - focus on self and give self more credit - he will feel control over me, if he sees he can come back whenever he wants... - (generally) everybody likes to be chased - give him an opportunity to miss me... - don’t give in so quickly or he won't value me in the future... - getting me back easy is unattractive - heed caution; he did sever the tie - keep moving forward... - jealousy is not the route to go; it will help him move on, and it will backfire!

From my experience during this break up the more you accept that it’s over the better you will feel. I was with my ex 8 years and at times it was toxic we broke up 4 months ago and I was devastated I begged cried all of that. Big mistake!? I wish I saw these videos and knew of no contact so I could have applied it right away. Eaither way it’s been allmost 4 months and I feel stronger everyday and the more time that goes by the more I realize maybe they weren’t right for me . Coach Lee I have been dating a guy for 6 months, it seems like we have a misunderstanding or some type of break down in communication once a week normally via text that causes him to go silent. The last one we had was on the phone he hung up on me. I texted him and told him that it was rude and we didn't work. He texted back agreeing and then a thinking emoji (I wasn't asking to breakup, more or less an observation). I didn't contact him for a couple of days and found he had blocked me. After about a week I went to his house we talked but he really didn't have much to say about me that was nice other than I am a good person. I told him that I will respect that he don't want to talk to me. After leaving a few hours later he texted me with the message unblocked. I apologize for my abruptness and any offense he texted back with "Forgiven" then I went into no contact. Other than the misunderstanding in communication we have had some good times together he says he enjoy the times we share together. Should I be in no contact at this time?
