I remember once when my parish had an African priest celebrate Mass at our Church, he picked up the chalice with one hand out in front of himself, looked out at us in the pews while saying the words of concecration off by heart, acting in Persona Christi, and had a look of conviction while saying those words that I have never seen before or since. Super charismatic and super Orthodox.

For my name I would humbly choose pope infallible. How is it? Do I remain Catholic as long as the Pope says what I consider correct? Why fear the Synod? We don't have faith that the Holy Spirit acts or do we want to confine him to act within our parameters? I am not a traditionalist, nor am I a liberal, I believe that the struggle and the continuous ups and downs between these two groups is alienating many people from the Catholic Church. Sell papal tiara. Feed more poor. Open a centre for woman who want to abort their children, love them and help them realise they were made for greater things, financially support them and their child, help them get back on their feet and embrace virtue and self dignity. Keep mass solid. Evangelise by helping secular people realise they are all made for greater things.
