Jay, thank you so much for introducing Jim Kwik to my repertoire of great teachers to follow. I have ordered both his book Limitless and the coordinated workbook of Limitless. So many pearls of wisdom in this episode. I look forward to using the 3 M's mindset, motivation and methods diagram to see where I can "unstick" myself.

Extra loved this podcast and hearing Jim's tidbits since they align with my approaches, principles, and way of thinking. Pretty cool!! I enjoy reading, not necessarily books unless the book absolutely excites me to pick up... just like anything else in Life. The Empath in me has to "feel" it to give it time and energy. It's how I roll. 😊 Thank you Jim and Jay!! ❤

Have met couple of men during my working years. Most handsome, intellingent, manipulative, some down to earth people..2 of them are total failures in life...Wish them well, can never curse them...They cud be selfish, not firm in decision making etc. One particular one I can remember he showed me his mum's cooking in those years so I remember all this...

Had no idea you went through hernia surgery Jay, and the surgery to help with your sleep apnoea Jim! All the pain involved in the recovery process after is something! Loved the mantra you took on during that process to keep your mind strong of "I'm happy. I'm healthy. I'm healing." I'm going to be trying the same repeating to myself, "I'm happy. I'm healthy. I'm at peace." Thank you for sharing! Wishing you, and everyone good health, peace and love.

This CD has three separate relaxation/meditation sessions on it ru-vid.comUgkxzpa8CIfZcihW4Z0F_ja0QF3W9KIatrsq guided by a very pleasant and direct male voice. Unlike so many other products of its type, this CD does not have bad synthesizer music, does not feature a phony or affected style of narration, and does not make any bogus claims to be subliminal or to re-train the brain or any of that balderdash. What you get is 1. a guided meditation for getting into a pleasantly relaxed state of body awareness while taking a stroll (superb for those easing back into a fitness routine slowly after an illness or injury) 2. A nice long breath-awareness relaxation session that if followed diligently can put you into very deep states of full-body relaxation and mental calmness, and 3. a buddhist-inspired meditation session designed to help you develop and maintain feelings of loving kindness toward not just yourself and your friends, but toward people you don't even like. The CD makes no claims to be designed for advanced meditators or for buddhists or hindus/yoga practitioners looking for very deep and esoteric stuff. It is geared more toward the average person who just wants to develop the habit of relaxation and stress relief through natural, healthy means. him, if you happen to be reading this, keep up the good work fella, and I love your accent. I would also like to note that I have never fallen asleep while listening to this product. I would like to kindly suggest to the reviewer who said this CD makes him fall asleep, that he might want to get checked to see if he has a sleep disorder, or if he is simply not setting aside ample time for restful sleep at night. A healthy person getting adequate rest at night should be able to go into deep states of mental relaxation without dozing off, if not all the time, then most of the time.

Out of all the podcasts that i listen to randomly, coincidentally, i just somehow happened to open this one and this just spoke about exactly everything that is going in my mind like everyday. It spoke about all things that i try to keep reminding myself but also wanted someone else to tell me the same . The part that said everyone must hv struggled and thought they couldn't survive , but the fact that they r listening to this right now means that they have survived just is like directly spoken to me. Thank u so much for the lovely podcast . It sure means a lot to ppl like us who WANT To want to let go, but also is so stuck up in the memories that we keep getting reverse geared.

And sharing a comment about the four minute mile. I guess the new limit is when is somebody going to break the three minute mile? It’s interesting the fastest mile today is 3.43 seconds set in 1999. Now 23 years later, even with all her advances in training, shoe technology, and nutrition, that still stands? Still, I believe in agreement that we should not be too worried about with your limits are and have a limitless Mindset😄

A great mindset for learning or starting new routine: REMEMBER: The brain learns by repetition.....so learning or doing something new means the brain doesn't know. THAT'S IT. Once you teach it, it will be easy therefore learning something you don't know is just 'UNFAMILIAR". The repetition will make the brain comfortable. But 1st its good took to rewire how the brain sees learning something new as just being unfamiliar that it will learn. SO TRY THIS... #1 SAY TO SELF: This is hard to do or Learning something new is hard Then hum ABC song this accomplishing to things its a distraction and whimsical gives a feel good vibe. Repeat 3x's If you do this now it motivate you because the brain wills top giving that message that things you don't know are hard. Then you will find yourself actually practicing Jim Kwik tip for remembering what you read with brain sending you positive messages about doing this.

💖 Alhamdulillah thanks to the court of Allah Taala, who is Allah Rabbul Alamin. 💖 All the words of Allah Taala are seen in thought. All the messages that He has given us, 💖 if we can think about it, 💖 will not be better than any other thing in the world. 💖 When we fix our eyes on His name, 💖 how do I know that both my eyes and my heart are enlightened with light. 💖 He learns to walk on the narrow path and gets lost like a candle in a world whose boundaries I do not know. His strange name, strange strange, meaningful name Allah Akbar, in the love of the blessing of that name and from the love I know how a calmness is gained. 💖Allahu Akbar,💖Allah Rabbul Alamin, the stronger the thoughts and thoughts about him,💖 then the deepest peace is achieved. 💖Real one floats in the sea of Espace. 💖Unknowingly takes me to a deep thought.💖Then when I come back from that unknown, how sweet the feelings of my choice seem,💖Thank God, my Alhamdulillah,💖This feeling has no limit and does not end,💖A full blessed feeling💖 💖💖💖💖💖💖 Alhamdulillah 💖💖💖💖💖💖 💖💖💖 ARNMP.LAB.STK.BD 💖💖💖
