The body doesn’t selectively reduce fat in a targeted area. The only way to lose the love handles is to reduce overall body fat. Exercising the obliques will actually make you look fatter because you will increase muscle size under the existing fat. You are better off walking 10k steps a day while reducing your carbs. I am not knocking the exercises because they are effective in targeting this desired area but you really won’t see that in your appearance until you Lose body fat.

If you did these without reducing your body fat with diet first, your waist will only get thicker. If you are very high in abdominal fat, and do a lot of these exercises, by the time you do lose the fat you will have a pear shaped figure. You MUST reduce body fat though diet and other muscle building exercises before you start on a heavy abdominal routine. 😊
Concentrate on upper body and legs with increased muscle mass in mind. This will give you that V tapered or X shaped body style that is more desirable. 👍
So true, I am coming off a 3 year house build, I didn't work out like I should and didn't eat like I should for the whole three years. My wife and I are back in the gym and with my sit ups and core routine, my pants are even tighter, but I will keep going and build the core muscles back and so far so good on the fat loss. I have high blood pressure so I'm not looking to be 245 lbs of muscle anymore.
They are talking about losing fat in the waist area, but it's not possible to tell your body where you want to lose that fat. This is a basic fitness fact HOMEWORKOUT

Olá, que otimo ouvir isso! Me explique mais sobre essa dieta por favor... Estou no climatério e minha barriga cresceu absurdamente. Porem sempre fui muito magra, esse ano comecei a fazer exercícios em casa para ganho de peso. Mas comecei tarde demais pq a barriga foi mais rapida em aparecer 😢 Agora ao invés de tentar ganhar peso, terei que perder se quiser me ver livre da barriga. É esse o caminho? Se puder me dar umas dicas , fico muito agradecida. Tenho 1,57 altura e peso 47 kilos
Ohnestly speaking (I have something in common with physiotheraphy) no exercises are easy when you have any injuries. Thirstly try to fix your body to get anywhere near normal function/mobilty/strenght of the body and then try to work muscles out further
