➃ Controlling Carbohydrates: Improving the quantity and quality of carbohydrates
➄ Other nutrients: Enough intake of other nutrients (fat/protein + micronutrients)
Since a healthy diet is about normalizing your metabolism, you need to adjust your lifestyle (nutrition, sleep, physical activity, and the mind) one by one. It is more important to take slow and accurate steps one by one than to start quickly.
