What happens when it’s not just a phase?

My son is almost 2 years and he doesn't want to drink his formula milk. He only eats it, he doesn't want it dissolved in water. Is that okay? Though he is breastfed also. Thank you

Babies should not be drinking milk that’s pasteurized.if they’re a year u should feed.
