Disabling crossplay only pairs you against players that have also disabled it, and in my region at least that often leads to lobbies where the average survivor has 2-3k hours average as opposed to regular lobbies where most are under 1k.

it's so weird hearing otz say that haddonfield hurts his soul the most. i lose around 70% of the games I play on it but I love the suburban feel to it, same with the school lol. Feels so much creepier to be going through frontyards, backyards, sidewalks, all super familiar things and then see some lunatic with a chainsaw bolt at you, or see iconic faces like Myers staring you down across the street or a peaking Ghostface from the windows lol

THANK YOU OTZ. Now I know how to correctly use that chainsaw. I don't play much Bubba, but when I do I would press it once or hold it and I never understood how people could chain the charges. Then I heard about tapping it and this helped solidify what they meant.

Honestly It's probably isn't that console players are inherently worse, it's probably because the console gamers are more likely newer to dbd and play more games. Pc players I tend to find have about 2-3 core games that they ONLY play.

Even good survs struggle an overcharge check with lullaby. They can expect it after the first check but it is still really hard. Granted this build on doc would be too toxic.

That is some tight cornering with the Bubba saw. I would not have been able to get a lot of those hits you got in Hawkins.

I also get MUCH faster queue times with crossplay disabled, and much closer rank pairings. It's a little counterintuitive, you'd expect that having crossplay enabled offers a larger pool of players with which to match ranks and accelerate lobbies.

Ah. Another AMAZING bubba game. I live bubba so much I call my guinea pigs bubs or bubbas sometimes.

I like cheyrls perk a lot. Yes ruin kinda counters it but it also tells people where to go (despite that not working sometimes.) I’ve stopped multiple killers from popping my gen as well

The only downside of turning crossplay off is that you can get some people saying "Arriba España" out of nowhere and make the stream become polluted for 1 hour

Had a fun game last night, all meta perks, purple flashlights with add-ons, and an object of obsession. I was wraith.

I've been noticing skill check builds much more recently and have been so happy for bringing Technician. It's really cool seeing it prevent explosions from Oppression surprise skill checks or Lullaby / giving me a chance to prepare myself for harder checks (Even though it adds additional regression). Killers are always surprised when they see Technician in the end game xD

I got a suggestion for some odd build the survivor carrier build it's on myers and it's mad grit, Agitation and iron grip and some perks like bbq and ruin for normal reasons and the pink haddon that makes teir three permanent. The idea is to get teir three pick up a survivor and carry them around for the speed buff and swing speed with insta downs from tier three and go from one to another picking them up and carrying them too hooks this could be countered by ds but it's something different than ruin, undying, bbq and surveillance

Another way to know when to use the charges on bubba is count the swings, after 3 swings use a new charge

In my opinion the best killer for console depends on your play style and how you play as the killer and how you understand the map, the killer

I have a similar build with doc but has unnerving instead of lullaby and to terror radius boost add ons. Also good with twins but with surveillance instead.
