Improve Your Mindset! Change is the only Constant 

Here is something I learned long ago from my Dad.
Business never stays bad and it never stays good.
It's always changing and we have to anticipate that.
I find this mindset helpful and not entirely obvious. We can start to believe that things will never turn around or improve or that we are untouchable and that things will be great forever.
Can we find the equilibrium and be more even-minded as we navigate what's going on?
