Decades ago a friend and I created a game like that, we called it Mine!, around when silberzwerg came out. Decided not to pursue the project, was like rewriting rules, playtesting in never-ending iterations, lost interest. Nice to see it materialized.

34:00 could have used the Golden Mask, and used the stone on the troll for bribery clearing it off! :P

I don't really understand the digging mechanic, or maybe I missed it : do you play the tunnel tiles anywhere you want on the map? Do they have an owner, or they are neutral after being played? Is it the same for great halls? It would make sense that at least the GH do have ownership, but I don't see any markers to indice ownership.

the tunnels (and halls) you dig all have to be connected back to your entry point. each player owns their own series of tunnels, which means you can't have tunnels of different players connect, which creates blocking gameplay as the game goes on.
