I followed your diet very strictly for 10 days, I also added some home exercise and did jogging but I couldn't lose 10kgs as you promised in the video. It was rather just a 1-2 kgs max.

Even if you had only fruits and veggies the max you will lose is 500 gms per day depending on your metabolism. Metabolism plays an important role. I have been slowly shedding my weight over 3 months from 62 kg. Now I’m 56.6kg. Exercise is vital. Not diet alone. Sometimes Ull be surprised how much exercises can help tone ur body to look so much better.

That’s because 900 calories is way too little! The body is an engine and needs feeding. Salmon, eggs and meat should be eaten more of. The portions are way too small!

मैंने अपना 17 kg वेट 2 महीना 10 दिन में कम कर किया है 10 जुलाई 2020 में मेरा वजन 108 kg था और आज 20 सितंबर 2020 को मेरा वेट 91 kg रहा है Govt. जॉब में होने की वजह से एक तो समय बहुत कम मिला है और दूसरा तब तक वजन कम करने के बारे में नही सोचा जब तक खुद को परेशानी महसूस नही हुई, सीढ़ी चढ़ते समय सांस फूलना, वाकिंग में सांस चढ़ना, फील्ड में जाने पर परेशानी होना उसके बाद अपने आप को एक स्वस्थ होने का मूड बनाया आपको अपना Dite प्लान भी शेयर करता हूँ अब दिन में सुबह उठने पर 1 गिलास अफ्रेश पीकर 2 या 3 किलोमीटर वाकिंग की है फिर सुबह नाश्ते में 1 गिलास हर्बलाइफ पिया है (अगर आप हर्बललाइफ को खरीदने का बजट नही रखते हैं तो उसकी जगह पर किसी अच्छे जूस या ब्राउन ब्रेड या 100 ग्राम पनीर को भी यूज़ कर सकते है) पूरे दिन में 4 - 5 बार अफ्रेश पी है (अफ्रेश नही हो तो उसकी जगह पर दिनभर में 2 - 3 कप ग्रीन टी भी पी सकते हो) मध्य मिल में 1 सेब या 1अमरूद या 2 मौसमी उसके बाद 2 बजे लंच में 3-4 रोटी, सब्जी ज्यादा, लस्सी या दही व सलाद का प्रयोग किया है शाम की मील में भुना हुआ चना या दो मौसमी या 1 कप ग्रीन टी प्रयोग की है उसके बाद शाम 6 बजे ड्यूटी से आकर एक गिलास अफ्रेश पीकर 2 -3 किलोमीटर रेस की है फिर रात को 1 गिलास दूध या 2 egg सफ़ेद या ओट्स यूज़ किया है किसी भी प्रकार की ड्रिंक व कोल्ड ड्रिंक, फ़ास्ट फ़ूड और मीठा प्रयोग नही करना है मौसमी का प्रयोग ज्यादा से ज्यादा करना है जूस की बजाय हो सके तो उसको छीलकर ही खाना है अब मौसमी का समय भी है बाजार में मौसमी बहुत उपलब्ध है पूरे दिन व रात में पानी को 4 से 5 लीटर तक पिया है ये सबसे महत्वपूर्ण है और हाँ एक चीज अपने दिमाग मे बैठा लो "जान है तो जहां" है अपने लिए भी जियो यार!! धन्यवाद

Hi Natasha, I started this diet plan from mid of April. And by the end of June I lost 14 kgs. 70 down to 56 kg . Of course regular walks and I took ideas of healthy balanced diet from Ayurvedic yogi Nityanandan shree s videos as well (great innocent guy). But again your Video was the first inspiration. Time par khana, Ghar Ka Khana, kam oil Ka aur daily exercise matlab Jo b Aapne btaya sab mere papa ne apni life me Kiya h pr ab last 1 year se unhe bhook kam lagti hai, pet ki problem ho gyi hai aur usi vazah se unhe diabetes ho gyi hai. Abi bhi ve early morning n evening n after dinner 1 aur 2 hours walk krte hai. Plz aap aesi video banaye jo diabetes walo ke liye ho healthy bhi tasty bhi nutrition se full aur time par bhook bhi lage. Unki medicine chal rhi hai pr Mai apse unke healthy food plan chahti hu. Yes ..exercise is indeed very important . Please don't do it too much or you will feel very hungry and then over eat. Try and achieve 10,000 Steps every day if possible . Yes I will give you a amazing diet plan soon

Hi...I have a doubt here..yesterday I subscribed it channel..n saw ur video where u have told about havowarm water with curry leaves in morning,breakfast, turmeric ginger water, then a mint leaves lemon waist,lunch ,again turmeric water, dinner n end up the day with souf,ajwain, jeera water...but 8n this video none of those drinks r mentioned..sorry I m trying to understand so that I can follow..I wanna reduce 8 kgs in 8 days dear!a honest follower:-)

This is not possible, pure unscientific ,fooling gullible people. 7700 calories equal 1 kg weight( just googled it). So, you will have to reduce 7000 calories in a week to lose 1 kg weight. By taking 900 calories, you may be saving at the most 1200 calories in one day(meaning , you were taking 1900 calories in one day earlier) , which is quite a lot for a housewife or any lady. In one week you will lose 8400 calories , little more than a kg, which is good and sustainable but remember to cut out any sweet or junk food. Talking of losing 10 kg in 10 days is just to catch your attention and making a fool of people.
