First time I've seen grated apple in curry. I will try this!

I cooked some today based on your recipe and it was amazing. I’ve cooked Japanese curry before - but for the first time, used an apple to sweeten the curry sauce, and boy, that is a game changer! I also used Wagyu fat instead of cooking oil and that added another subtle flavor profile to the final result. Delicious!

I love Japanese Beef Curry, and even more Chicken Katsu Curry but they usually seem like kind of watered-down versions that are similar to British curries. I have to laugh as I recall ordering curry in Ireland and they asked me if I wanted it on chips (thick cut french fries) or rice! I chose the chips because I was curious about it but that really didn't work for me. I should note, however, that in many cases those are made with pre-processed curries along the lines of Vermont Curry or restaurant supply curries. I'll try your version as it seems quite nice. Also, everyone knows that you have to cook your carrots before the potatoes!!! Horns up!

I'm Japanese Chef (Italian Chef) Personaly, I LOVE Indian Chicken Masala Curry more than Japanese Curry. (I also like the Spinach curries, as well as the other vegitable Indian curries) I could eat Indian style Curry every day 😊 Having Indian Curry in Tokyo, is rather expensive, so I can only have it once a week. What I really like about eating Indian curry at Indian restaurants here is the condiments that comes with the curry. There is a Onion salad that's spicy that I really like, but don't know it name, so I can't search for the recipe online. I think the curry made in this video is too thin. The curry "soup" should be much thicker. Another thing I was surprised was Inidans eating Beef.... I thought Cows were "Sacred" in India?? I heard Mc Donalds in India doesn't server Beef Burgers for that reason.

Weird, I was gonna make this with Miracle Noodles, I guess I better go ahead and get it done; it'll be delicious!
