Dani I love this. I have had TMS for I’d say 40 years manifesting in a vast portion of body parts! This is exactly what I am looking for. You create a confidence in this process. Even if you can move and are quite strong but severely overactive nervous system, is it worth just starting level 0 on your program? Thank you
