Taoto Kunawi at Klego - Anybody that let's me into the kitchen, then you know they are the most trusting people, because I am not sure I should be back there, but it definitely was a lot of fun! The "soup" is flavor packed with fermented, rich, tofu, and a true Indonesian spicy kick. Add some lime to cut through all the heavy beef fat that has rendered down to have a perfect sleeper Sunday meal!!!
