I lived in texas for nearly 5 years, and live in Minnesota now...I can tell you I felt more cold in Texas than I do in MN during the winters...19 is certainly warmer than our sub 0, but we stay that cold all winter, but when its like 60s one day, the 19 the next, that 19 feels really, REALLY cold lol
